Excelente custo benefício. Serve um bom café da manhã e de segunda à quarta oferece um happy hour com cerveja, vinho, refrigerante e petiscos.Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos. Muito bom o quarto.

Fizemos a reserva para 2 adultos e 2 bebês de 2 anos. Ao chegar no hotel, fomos informados que não havia berço disponível e que poderíamos deixar os bebês dormir no sofá-cama que fica sala conjugada com a cozinha! No segundo dia, conseguiram os 2 berços, porém largaram no quarto para que a gente mesmo montasse (mesmo não sabendo como). Os atendentes da recepção demonstraram pouco interesse em ajudar a resolver o problema, apenas o responsável pela manutenção que deu algum suporte após reclamações. O hotel é relativamente novo, o quarto é bem grande. Porém, a limpeza deixa a desejar. A cozinha recebemos com utensílios usados e sujos dentro da lavadora de louças e do armário. Os cantos dos cômodos demonstram sinais de que nunca são limpos. Se você tem alergia respiratória, fique longe. Não voltaremos com certeza.

Ótima recepção, quartos enormes e bem divididos, cama sala cozinha banheiro, café da manhã estilo americano nada a reclamar só se acostumar, fiz pedidos para receber no hotel e o pessoal da recepção foi bem solicito, voltaria sempre.

Let's face it: the hotel is just as good as expected for this category, the problem is service: we forgot a dress in the room's closet and they weren't able at least to recover it. Calling to front desk took more than 5 minutes, and they never found the dress after 25 minutes of "searching". What other options besides "someone stole the dress" are available?

Filthy!! Just gross. One bed had a huge divot. HUGE! How this place has a 4.4 is beyond me??!! I guess my standards are too high. Glad I used points to pay for this and not my actual money. Seriously nasty.

Great front desk staff, very helpful. The room is excellent. It delivers what it promises. Would come back. The only turn off point is: the hotel needs to be better cleaned on the outside and the breakfast needs to be done with real eggs (they use the powder fake eggs which is disgusting) - we bought our own eggs for the breakfast and cooked in the kitchen of our room.

Great value for the money. The King Suite w/sofa includes a small but nice kitchen with a fridge, very convenient to avoid going to restaurants all the time. The breakfast was good, and the ladies in charge of the set up were very friendly and attentive. The facilities were clean and modern. I would recommend this hotel for long stays.

I had Covid during my stay back in 2020. Then, I had a quick recovery. Brings back memories as my Venezuelan barbie really cared for me back then. I like the walking trail for pets behind the building. Not gonna lie - This hotel really hits the spot. I like it.
