Atendimento do hotel e restaurantea maravilho. Hotel bonito, principalmente a recepção, bar e restaurante, mas as demais dependências podem ser melhoradas. Vista muito bonita e restaurantes próximos muito bons. Local para fazer caminhada, praia artificial para crianças com day use? Praia próxima. Ótimo local para estar

Stayed here over the 4th weekend and had a wonderful time. The location is right on the Marina and a short walk from Redondo Beach and the International Boardwalk. The fireworks were visibility right from our balcony! The Baleen restaurant as room service is a definite bonus too. Highly recommended!

Eu gostaria de poder dar a zero estrelas uma gestão pior. Só estive lá um dia graças a Deus! o tempo todo que estivemos lá o cheiro de maconha não parou a música estava tão alta até as 3 da manhã. No dia seguinte, quando contei à gerência sobre isso, ela disse que estava lá até a 1h da manhã e não recebeu nenhuma reclamação. A gerência continuou me dizendo o que eu gostaria que ela fizesse a respeito. É mesmo assim falar com um cliente ??? Tão rude. NUNCA VOLTE MAIS !!! Eu nunca fiquei tão decepcionado com um hotel antes. Quando liguei para o escritório corporativo para contar a eles sobre isso, o cara me deu um e-mail dizendo que eu deveria enviar um e-mail e alguém me responderá se eu tiver sorte “devido à Covid, eles não têm uma pessoa disponível, então eu posso fale também ” INACREDITÁVEL!

Este é um hotel boutique bastante agradável. O quarto era bom e as instalações eram muito boas também. Serviço foi um pouco irregular às vezes durante a nossa estadia de quatro noites, uma vez que não poderíamos chegar à recepção às vezes. A localização é uma curta distância do calçadão Rendondo e uma rápida viagem de carro para a praia de Manhattan. Cerca de 30 minutos do LAX (tráfego leve). Se você ficar de frente para a água, as focas são bem divertidas, mas às vezes barulhentas (e divertidas). As vistas do oceano são mais apenas vistas restritas da baía. Experiência geral bastante decente aqui.

This is a pretty nice boutique hotel.The room was nice and facilities were pretty nice as well.Service was a little spotty at times over our four night stay, since we couldn't reach the front desk at times.Location is easy walking distance to Rendondo boardwalk and a quick drive to Manhattan beach.About 30 mins from LAX (light traffic).If you face the water, the seals are pretty entertaining but sometime loud (and entertaining).The ocean views are more so just restricted bay views. Overall pretty decent experience here.

I wish I could give zero stars worse management. I was there for only one day thank god! the whole time we were there the smell of marijuana did not stop the music was so loud till 3 am. The next day when I told the management about it she said that she was there till 1 am and she didn’t get a complain. The management kept telling me what I would like her to do about it. Really is that anyway to talk to a costumer??? So rude. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!I never been so disappointed with a hotel before. When I called the corporate office to tell them about it the guy gave me an email said that I should email them and someone will get back to me if I’m lucky“due to Covid they don’t have a person available so I can talk too” UNBELIEVABLE!

Minha estadia foi excelente em Portofino por causa de Cathy (chefe da recepção) - ela foi tão útil e eficiente. Por exemplo, eu precisava estacionar meu carro e o atendente estava no intervalo - ela ajudou a me colocar e encontrou uma vaga para mim. Seu comportamento era profissional, doce e incrivelmente pessoal. Ela merece um aumento!

My stay was excellent at Portofino because of Cathy (front desk boss)- she was so helpful and efficient. For example, I needed to park my car and the parking attendant was on his break- she helped getting me in and found a parking spot for me. Her demeanor was professional, sweet and incredibly personable. She deserves a raise!

Reason I am giving 1 star is because it wasn’t as described. I booked it and was excited to enjoy the weekend in the beautiful view, but got there and were so disappointed. I even called in advance and confirmed if the pictures were accurate on the website.

From the time I made the booking online to the time that we checked out, the staff at the hotel were excellent! The room was very well decorated, and the beds were very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool area is excellent, and the staff was quick to help with any needs that we had. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

We had our wedding reception hosted here at the seaside lawn. Our coordinator was Chris and he was phenomenal. All the staff was very friendly, hard-working and made our reception a dream come true. Chris and his team worked tirelessly to get everything right including the decorations. the food was delicious and there was no complaints. Everything ran smoothly and timely. All of our guests were treated exceptionally well. The hotel room was clean, had a nice view of the harbor and ocean and we could not have asked for a better reception. Thank you so much Portofino Hotel for making our reception very memorable.

Not good! Be prepared to be significantly over-charged. I booked a room for two nights, for avg. $240 per night. A couple hours after I checked in, my debit card was charged $900! Charged for the two nights upon check-in. This is not right! Then include exorbitant charges for room deposits (by the way, room not cleaned), parking fees, destination fees, other charges by the property. No one explained the debit card charges upon check-in. SURPRISE! Two stars for nice room. Response to hotel: the word “authorization” is used cleverly to enable the exorbitant charges on the debit card upon check-in! The full charges and $ dollar amounts were NOT explained at check-in. SURPRISE, we will charge your debit card double the room rate upon check-in. At check-in, I was informed do not park here, then after I moved car, explained again to move car. Not one person has asked me ‘What can I do to make your stay more enjoyable?’ ‘How can we make your wedding anniversary stay more pleasant?’ Where is the customer satisfaction?

Pasillo con olor a perro mojado, por no hablar de la habitación... Cortinas muy sucias. La cama es demasiado blanda, como si estuviera desfondada, y duermes toda la noche con la espalda doblada. La nevera y el aire hacen ruido durante la noche, se activan cada 2 o 3 horas y te despierta. Pides un adaptador de enchufe y ni te lo venden, no es su problema. A parte de que todo es más caro de lo que debería, para la calidad que ofrece. Las vistas al puerto que nos ofrecían se pueden ver en la foto que adjunto, al árbol y a la gente que pasa. Por tu Terraza. Lo único bueno es la amabilidad en el restaurante de enfrente y del personal de servicio de limpieza probablemente infradimensionado

Muy elegante ,agradable y lo mejor en la noche al dormir recomiendo abrir la puerta de la terraza y podrás dormir con el sonido del mar el canto de las gaviotas y las focas muy pero muy desestresante el dormir así para mi una experiencia magnifica pronto los visitaré otra ves gracias por todo

Llegue temprano y pregunté si me podrían dar una habitación, me dijeron que si, solo había que limpiarla. 4 horas más tarde y después de preguntarles muchas veces por fin me dieron una habitación. Lo mejor de estar aquí ha sido el poder usar sus bicicletas.
