O barulho do elétrico não é propriamente agradável tendo em conta que passa bastantes vezes. Desaconselhado para pessoas com sono leve. Quarto razoável e com casa de banho bastante pequena. Poderia estar mais limpo e tinha também algumas manchas nos lençóis. Muito facilmente se ouvem os hóspedes nos outros quartos ao lado.

Great staff, especially Mafalda. Close to the water and main areas walking 10mins. Big rooms. Very nice coffee shop next door as well. Mafalda gets 5 stars

I stayed here for two weeks this past summer. Breakfast was not included, but available - lovely at $8 USD a day. (I am so not one to snap pictures of food lol, but for this review specifically I took a picture - as you can see there were pasteles de natal, two varieties of fresh fruit already cut, rolls and bread, cold cuts, yogurt, cereal or oatmeal as desired, freshly squeezed fruit juice, as much coffee as you want, plus two eggs prepared to order.) The room was a bit cramped, with a beam very low by the desk and mini fridge. The shower was tiny - only one person can shower at a time. I have been assured however that my room was positively luxurious by Lisbon standards. Nice double bed. Strong wifi, no complaints there. The location was fantastic, very close to St George's castle, the Cathedral, plus maybe 10 minutes away from the shopping district. Easily accessible from the airport and close to train stations that lead to Cascais and Sintra. My room faced the street - so yes, I could hear the trolleys from morning, maybe 7, until maybe 11pm. The noise didn't bother me at all, and I'm not a heavy sleeper. The yellow trolley has a stop virtually 30 feet away, useful if in a rush.

¡Qué puedo decir! Que me ha encantado. El apartamento nº3 es grande, nuevo y tiene jardín. Todo muy limpio y cómodo. Hay microondas, cafetera, tostadora... Hay 1 baño muy grande y otro chiquitín que utilizábamos de aseo porque tiene ducha de lluvia y no somos muy forofos. Las chicas de recepción encantadoras y resolutivas. La situación del inmueble es perfecta.Cosas negativas que no influyen en mi opinión:-Había leído reseñas dando malas opiniones por el ruido pero no es nada molesto y por la noche no hay servicio.-Este apartamento está en una zona adoquinada con aceras muy estrechas o inexistentes por lo que no es recomendable para gente discapacitada. Además para acceder dentro del edificio había que bajar muchas escaleras.-informamos en recepción que tenían publicidad de los autobuses turísticos desactualizada y nos perdimos una excursión por culpa de unos horarios cambiados.

Rooms are clean and location is unbeatable. No “wow” features here but it’s a great value for a comfortable room in the heart of alfama. Parking is a pain but it’s Lisbon.. didn’t expect it to be easy. The Copenhagen cafe next door is a superb spot for morning breakfast/coffee. Staff were all friendly and even helped carry bags up to our room

Decent B&B place in the heart of Alfama. Reasonably priced with all the necessary Covid-19 measures in place. Room was clean, yet some of the furnishing looked a bit tired. Wi-Fi was adequate, TV comes with a reasonable channel line up in various languages. Bear in mind that the street cars are passing right in front of the hotel and one can hear (and feel the vibrations) in the room, notably from about 6:30am until about 11pm. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Good value for money. Scandinavian style bakery /coffee shop next door with a fabulous array of baked goods - not to be missed!

We have made a reservation for a weekend through Hotels.com on September 1st for December 26-27, so more than 3 months in advance and received confirmation by them on our email. When we got to the hotel it was closed, the phones weren't being answered and no note or sign was at the door to signal it was closed. We never got any email, phone call or text to let us know - 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE - that the hotel was closed. After unsuccessfully trying to call Hotels.com for help we were left to find another hotel close by, Hotel Convento do Salvador - excellent place. When we got home and were finally able to contact Hotels.com we were informed not even them were able to contact the Alfama Lisbon Lounge Suites and that we'd might be charged with the reservation costs. I do not recommendAlfama Lisbon Lounge Suites neither do I plan to ever use Hotels.com again. Terrible customer service from both.

Habitaciones modernas y amplias, el hôtel tiene una excelente ubicación muy cerca de la plaza central y de muchas cosas que hay que visitar en el famoso barrio Alfama. El personal de recepción amable y habla varias idomas No me gusto el ruido de la tranvía cuándo pasaba por la calle..

Great place to stay, at the heart of Lisbon, Alfama is such charming neighbourhood . This hotel is great value for money, the rooms have all the basics you expect, the staff are lovely and attentive. Brilliant customer service. Whenever I'm back in Lisbon again I'll definitely stay there.

Me pareció una experiencia fantástica . Es mejor que en las fotos . Los recepcionistas muy atentos y educados . La habitación era amplia , limpia y con todo lo necesario . Aparenta ser un lugar remodelado , y bien mantenido . Sólo le falta un ascensor y sería perfecto . Pero de todas maneras 100% recomendable . Deben saber que Alfama está en una colina , a tenerlo en cuenta para no padecer con las subidas , o en el tranvía 28 .

El hotel decepciona respecto a las fotos. Las habitaciones tienen lo justo, la limpieza no es brillante y desde las 6 de la mañana hasta las 11 de la noche la habitación vibra al paso del tranvía. El precio me parece exagerado respecto a lo que puede ofrecer. No lo recomendaría.

Cosas positivas: bien situado en el barrio de Alfama, tranvía 28 pasa justo delante, hotel moderno, limpio y buen servicio. Cosas negativas: no hay ascensor, hay 2 pisos, no hay televisión, al menos en las habitaciones. No hay buenas vistas desde las habitaciones. Si eres delicado para dormir, el ruido del tranvía se oye un poco aunque esta bien insonorizado.
