“At first, this place looks clean and well maintained. The lobby is beautiful and very clean. The room's bedsheets and towels were clean and fairly comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good with a variety of food items each day. However, the carpets in the rooms and the hallways were very dirty as well as the sofa and the chair in the room, so much so that I did not sit on either the chair or the sofa in the room. When we first got to the second floor where our room was you could smell the strong odor of carpet deodorizer trying to mask the dirty carpet but this did not cover the dirt. If they do a good shampoo on the carpets and furniture this hotel could be very nice since it's in a great location where food and other shops are all nearby.”

“unfortunately the room smelled totally musty and damp it was not nice. looking for an outlet, we found the dirt behind the bedside table from guests in front of us. that doesn't give a good feeling of cleanliness. Breakfast, after 13 days in the US it was the first hotel that had each slice of toast individually wrapped in foil. you can overdo it and it's not eco-friendly.”
