We've stayed here for years while visiting my inlaws, mainly due to pricing. Sometimes the stay is good and other times, not so good. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. This dated facility is not kept up as it should be. With all of the new competitors that have built in the immediate area, you would think that would encourage the owners to spruce up the facility. The hallway carpeting is stained on all floors. Normallythe rooms are clean. Not this time. The cleaning staff missed room 318. The sink drain was clogged. This should have been found when the sink was last cleaned? The ice bucket and cups were stuck to the serving tray, leaving dirt rings. Hopefully, the room has received a deep clean since emailing management. Ficamos aqui por anos enquanto visitávamos meus sogros, principalmente devido aos preços. Às vezes a estadia é boa e outras vezes, não tão boa. A equipe é sempre atenciosa e muito amigável. Esta instalação datada não é mantida como deveria ser. Com todos os novos concorrentes que construíram na área imediata, você pensaria que isso encorajaria os proprietários a enfeitar as instalações. O carpete do corredor está manchado em todos os andares. Normalmente os quartos são limpos. Não dessa vez. A equipe de limpeza perdeu o quarto 318. O ralo da pia estava entupido. Isso deveria ter sido encontrado quando a pia foi limpa pela última vez? O balde de gelo e os copos ficaram presos na travessa, deixando anéis de sujeira. Esperançosamente, a sala recebeu uma limpeza profunda desde o envio por e-mail ao gerenciamento.

Carpets needed to be replaced. The elevator broke down while we were there. The free breakfast was good. Pool was good. Most of all it was ol for the price but could have been a little better. Tapetes precisavam ser substituídos. O elevador quebrou enquanto estávamos lá. O pequeno-almoço gratuito era bom. Piscina era boa. Acima de tudo, foi ol para o preço, mas poderia ter sido um pouco melhor.

TV in room didn't work. Heater smelled bad. Basically a place to stay for the night. Water in shower didn't even get warm. The room was clean though. Quartos nada de especial. A cortina nem fechava totalmente no quarto deixando o sol entrar. O carpete do corredor está imundo com manchas. O serviço foi bom. Perto de alguns bons restaurantes. Bom estacionamento. TV no quarto não funcionou. Aquecedor cheirava mal. Basicamente um lugar para passar a noite. A água do chuveiro nem esquentava. O quarto era limpo embora.

Hands down, most uncomfortable bed that I have EVER laid on, I can’t say slept on because we didn’t get a good nights sleep once in the two weeks we were there!And they were so tiny! Definitely not queen sized, barely a full! Hotel era bom. Os funcionários foram educados. Os quartos eram limpos, mas MUITO apertados, senti que não podia andar sem esbarrar em algo e sou uma garotinha. As camas são o que realmente derrubou isso para 3 estrelas. Mãos para baixo, cama mais desconfortável que eu já deitei, não posso dizer que dormi porque não tivemos uma boa noite de sono uma vez nas duas semanas em que estivemos lá! E eles eram tão pequeninos! Definitivamente não é tamanho queen, apenas um cheio!

Hotel aconchegante, quarto limpo com camas confortáveis, banheiro médio e vista ok. Infelizmente a piscina estava fechada para limpeza, mas por outro lado havia um ginásio equipado com máquinas e pesos de todos os tipos. Café da manhã normal incluso com iogurte, bagels, pão, geleia etc. Por outro lado, hotel no padrão e preço razoável tanto pela localização quanto pelos serviços que oferece

A família ao nosso lado era super barulhenta e seus filhos ficavam acordados até pelo menos 23h. Parecia que eles estavam no nosso quarto Eu ficaria aqui novamente, mas espero vizinhos mais silenciosos

Pelo amor de Deus, você pode fazer algo sobre aquele café da manhã ou pelo menos ligar a torradeira para que possamos realmente torrar o pão que você preparou para nós. Não entendo por que alguns Choice Hotels têm café da manhã, outros não me ajudam a entender? Cama era confortável pressão do chuveiro era bom estacionamento agradável. Mas ainda chateado com a coisa toda do café da manhã

For the love of God can you please do something about that breakfast or at least turn on the toaster so we can actually toast the bread you put off for us. I don't understand why some Choice Hotels have breakfast some don't please help me understand? Bed was comfortable shower pressure was good nice parking lot. But still upset about the whole breakfast thing

Chegou em uma noite de sábado. Check-in e notado encanamento não funcionou em nosso quarto. A água do esgoto literal estava fluindo para a banheira. Fui à recepção para pedir um novo quarto, fomos informados de que ela não tinha mais quartos com uma cama king size e só tinha quartos com 2 camas queen size. Os quartos trocados e o piso em que nosso novo quarto cheirava a maconha. Literalmente, todo o salão. Vá para a nova sala para encontrar migalhas de comida no chão, brinquedos de uma criança deixados para trás, pasta de dente na pia. Foi-nos prometido algum tipo de reembolso, mas eles não puderam fazê-lo imediatamente porque reservamos através de um "terceiro", embora eu tenha reservado diretamente do site do hotel. A gerente prometeu nos enviar um email sobre o reembolso e nunca recebemos, acabei tendo que entrar em contato com ela. A única razão pela qual dei 2 estrelas é porque eles estão supostamente nos reembolsando, apenas não recebemos nosso dinheiro de volta ainda.

Arrived on a Saturday night. Checked in and noticed plumbing did not work in our room. Literal sewage water was over flowing into the tub. Went to front desk to ask for a new room, we were informed she didn't have any more rooms with a king sized bed and only had rooms with 2 queens. Switched rooms and floor that our new room was on reeked of weed. Literally the entire hall. Get to the new room to find food crumbs on floor, left behind toys from a child, toothpaste in sink. We were promised some sort of reimbursement but they couldn't do it right away because we booked through a 'third party' even though I booked directly from the hotels website. The manager promised to email us about the reimbursement and we never received one, I ended up having to contact her. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they are supposedly reimbursing us, we just haven't received our money back yet.

Staff very friendly. Clean inside and out. Not expensive. Will stay again.

To be fair, the hotel is pretty clean, and not a bad value for what you pay. However, they can't seem to get the reservations right, meaning I book a stamdard king room as the space and setup allows me to do what I need to do while traveling for business, and multiple times when I've arrived, they aren't available, twice they've given me keys to a room that's occupied. And it's not a one time thing where they find and fix the problem, it's reoccurring over the past year. Pretty ridiculous

Eu realmente amo esse hotel. O quarto, banheiro é muito limpo e confortável. O cara que atendeu a mim e minha esposa foi incrível. O nome dele é Steven, ele é realmente um cara legal e trata as pessoas com muito respeito.

I really love this hotel. The room, bathroom is very clean and comfortable. The guy that attended to me and my spouse was awesome. Is name is Steven, he is really a good guy and he treat people with so much respect.

Cómodo y buen precio . No me gusto mucho la higiene.

Steven was so welcoming and just wonderful! Best greeting and boy got jokes! He checked on us every time we walked out and greeted us every time we walked in. He gave us recommendations and always made sure we had fresh towels and soaps. He even tried his best to fix the TV but we wound up figuring out a way to get it to work haha 5☆s for Steven's customer service, clean rooms, 24/7 coffee and gym, and geographical convenience.
