“I loved the location,the set up of the room and the added lounge area of the hotel. The staff was friendly too. I didnt like having my card charged $100 in case something happened. It was a pre paid reservation and I just feel like that's something that should've been disclosed beforehand. When travelling you usually have a budget and that compromises the budget.”
