Bom ambiente, familiar, bons espaços interiores e exteriores, boas piscinas e agradável envolvencia. Refeições variadas. De mau, não tem Internet de jeito a pouca que existe e muito muito fraga. Colaboradores muito simpáticos e atenciosos e com atividades quer para adultos quer para crianças a toda a hora. Aconselho a levar sapatos apropriados para andar junto à praia e para tomar banho, praia com muita pedra a areia grossa e com muito pedra.

O hotel e resort está bem localizado junto à costa. A arquitetura e o design são perfeitos. O serviço é bom o menu poderia fazer com repensar. A higiene precisa melhorar. Mais uma coisa que notei na atitude das coisas, foi o jogo de empurrar. Empurre você para comer rápido compre mais e..... Eu sei que todo mundo quer ganhar dinheiro, mas não force. Preço foi mais alto do que eu esperava para a qualidade e serviço. Eu tenho algumas fotos para você ver minha experiência sobre arquitetura e design e localização, mas o serviço e outras coisas você tem que experimentar por si mesmo 😉

The hotel and resort is nicely located by the shore. The architecture and design are perfect. The service is good the menu could do with rethinking. Hygiene needs improvement. One more thing I have noticed from stuff attitude, it was the push game. Push you to eat quick buy more and..... I know everyone wants to make money but don't push. Price was higher than I expected for the quality and service. I have some pictures for you to see my experience about architecture and design and location but the service and other things you have to experience it for yourself 😉

Magnífico hotel delante mismo de la playa, una de las piscinas está climatizada lo q se agradecía en plena semana santa. Todo el personal muy amable en todo momento, te hacen sentir como en casa. Habitaciones muy buenas con balcón y con vistas y la cama es.muy còmoda. Buffet muy rico, variedad de ensaladas y show cooking también, muy recomendable si visitas la zona.

Unbelievably good! My familiy and I spent almost 3 whole weeks in this hotel and we can only recommend. Everthing was perfect: the location was a dream, the staff was incredibly nice and professional. The food was delicious, always perfectly cooked and served. A huge thanks to the Chef Miguel and the waiter Francisco in Buffet restaurant, they were wonderful and offered us such a great service! We travel a lot and can say without a doubt that it was the best service we experienced so far. We will be coming back at the end of the year and recommend this hotel 100%

Beautiful hotel right on the sea front. Very spacious and modern. Very clean excellent service great restaurants and food. Rooms light and airy stunning scenery at the front of the hotel. Love the corridors with the glass windows so you can enjoy the scenery as you walk to your Room. It's a nice calm hotel not noisy. Private beach infront of the pool deck. But it's rather natural and coveted in rocks. Better beaches a short walk away but the pool deck is fantastic so you don't need to leave it. .

We came back Wednesday. Lovely hotel beautiful set out the staff was polite helpful and really nice. We went all inclusive proper drinks. Food really good lovely variety surved great. Pool is great with a waterfall. Nice big room good facilities. My one slight complaint bed was too firm for me. Apart from that would definitely go again!!!

He tenido la oportunidad de estar alojado unos días en este establecimiento durante Marzo de 2022. Decir que el hotel está muy bien y destacaría: personal muy atento y educado, habitación amplia y muy limpia, instalaciones espaciosas y a pie de playa. ¿Por qué una valoración de 4* y no de 5*? Los precios de comida/bebida están muy subidos.Pagar 5,10€ por un café con leche y un café americano, no está en precio (incluso para los que venimos de Madrid donde todo es un poco más caro).

Fui con mi pareja a disfrutar unos días de vacaciones y genial, si volvemos repetiremos seguro. La atención del personal inmejorable, buen desayuno e instalaciones perfectas.

Good location, tasty food. Terrible cocktails. Decent house keeping. Biggest fault is waiting staff take ages, seems like they are understaffed, but insist they’re not. There are too many ridicules rules which make absolutely no sense. Such as you get blocked when you hit £500 limit on a hotel bill so have to settle the bill before you can continue to order more. Quite embarrassing at dinner when I had to explain myself and everyone looking at me like I can’t afford my dinner. Also, water is not provided, you have to pay extra for each bottle… 4 star hotels normally provide it. Spa access is not included and is not cheap 19€ for 1.5hrs so be aware! More rules in the spa, have to wear a cap, no water provided again so make sure you bring your own. Screaming kids everywhere as well unfortunately. Beautiful views of the ocean and a private beach albeit pebbled. I wouldn’t be returning but might suit families with children as some good kids activities.

Lovely hotel, pretty gardens and pools. Friendly staff. Great spa. Just spent Great 2 weeks there. Good walk into the old town (there and back us about 6 miles). Prom outside the Hotel doesn't go very far and that's about the only walks possible - which is not so good as far as we are concerned. On a good day you can see Gibraltar.

El hotel en general es muy bonito y esta todo limpio. La piscina no es tan grande como parece en fotografías, pero tiene acceso directo a la playa y hamacas privadas. El personal del restaurante de piscina y el monitor de actividades nos hicieron la estancia mucho mejor.

En general bien,comida bien sin excesos en variedad. Lo mejor de todo el trato de todos los trabajadores que han sido muy amables, en especial al equipo de animación y a Víctor en particular!! La habitación amplia. La única pega es que para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas la que me tocó tenía las paredes sucias, el armario tb deberían pintarlo un poquito que está sucio !!

Hotel tranquilo. Comida bastante bien pero un poco repetitiva. Las habitaciones júnior suites espaciosas y con terraza grande. La única pega es que lo elegimos porque la piscina exterior era climatizada para que se pudiera bañar el niño en enero, pero estaba muy fria

Really welcoming hotel facilities are great pools are excellent staff are friendly and accommodating. It the type of hotel that when your on the bus transfer from the airport and someone gets off your secretly kicking yourself that you didn't choose it.. been there done that one. All in all really nice hotel with evening entertainment and great for singles couples and families.

Este hotel es bonito, cómodo y tiene gran presencia. Fui en media pensión, y aunque la comida no está mal, no es tan espectacular como en otros hoteles de la zona. Tiene salida directa a la playa, que es bastante mala para bañarse, todo piedras, pero a mí me vale cualquier playa, así que no le doy tanta importancia a esto. Era invierno, así que no probé la piscina, muy bonita, por cierto. El personal muy respetuoso y educado, impecable. Lo que más me gustó además de las vistas al mar fue el restaurante de la piscina, estás prácticamente en la playa, es como estar en un chiringo, pero con clase. Además, la comida en este bar tiene un precio razonable teniendo en cuenta que estás en un hotel. Repetiré si puedo. Un fin de semana maravilloso.

Es genial, el hotel, las vistas, el clima, el restaurante y sobre todo, todos los trabajadores que nos están haciendo una estancia genial. Sois unos amores. La habitación es preciosa, 640, una maravilla, la habitación súper limpia, el restaurante comida de calidad y todo el servicio súper amables. Me apunto a mis próximas vacaciones, y aún no me he ido!!!! De 10

The hotel is beautiful... Striking views of Gibraltar and the coast of Africa from the bar and poolside. The accommodation staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble - I asked for harder pillows and they arrived within a half hour, as did water when requested. The reception staff were friendly and fluent in English as to my shame my Spanish is poor. I went off season and much to our disappointment the 'heated' pool was anything but... My little boy has braved many cold pools but just couldn't stay in this one... This spoilt the holiday in some ways as there was no point in lying around the pool. The food is very good for breakfast but not so much for lunch and dinner - this is according to my taste as many might like it - the restaurant and bar were very bright and lacking in atmosphere but the Blue team were very friendly and my son had fun despite being practically the only child there 😬 Overall, the hotel is beautiful, the room with its amazing views was lovely, shame about the pool and 'atmosphere less' bar and restaurant. The staff are fantastic and hardworking.

Como posso descrever algo perfeito? Sabemos que umas férias são boas quando saímos e ficamos com saudades! Ainda ontem sai do hotel e já quero voltar. Obrigado a toda a equipa deste fantástico hotel por terem conseguido tornar umas férias tão boas :)

Frist I must say I had a good holiday from check-in where the staff are charming. to the cleaning staff all are kind and helpful.. My room on the privilege floor was perfectly placed to view the sea...

What a beautiful place estapone is lovely flower lined streets. The hotel is amazing and right on the beach. Food in hotel very good. Entertainment at night not so good. Beautiful view of Gilbrate...
