“Hilton is my go to when I need peace. A home away from home, the service was great. The night audit on duty and other staff member D customer service was extremely professional. With me being a manager in the hospitality industry I was very impressed. The bed is absolutely amazing, felt like clouds. Two days wasn’t enough I’m ready to come back.”

“Rooms were adequate. clean and comfortable. Nothing exceptional but nothing to complain about. But the overall concept of this hotel is what we had to knock stars off for. It’s two Hilton properties in one building- sharing a front desk area. Neither desk is labeled. Neither elevator areas or entrances are labeled. And if you check in using the app then your digital keys don’t work with the doors closest to the parking lot. So much of the frustration could be avoided with simple signage and information available when booking and checking in via the app. And even without the app having signage or information in the rooms would go far in helping guests to have a comfortable stay.
Many of the reviews here mention rude staff. I got the sense from our conversations they too are frustrated by the confusing setup here and have offered solutions to management but were told they are not allowed to implement anything that might be helpful. It has got to be hard to do your job handling all these complaints when you aren’t allowed to do anything that might help a guest to have a better stay.
