I cannot adequately praise Denise who was working the front desk recently. We had flight issues in Chicago that were so bad we decided to drive home to Little Rock. Not realizing June meant no hotel rooms would be available(weddings), we called around as we drove looking for a room. Nothing was available. We pulled up to this hotel hopeful. Denise went above and beyond to get us in a room someone didn’t show up for. This was at 3am! She was SO helpful and professional. If the rest of the staff is half as great as Denise, this place is heaven.

Rooms are amazing checking in is super easy staff is great as usual. always smells and is very clean. They are amazingly friendly with well behaved dogs... Safe grass area for them to run around I would have to say this is my favorite hotel in the entire kankakee and Iroquois county area great job guys great job

Positives- I stayed for several nights. Beds were clean and comfortable, shower pressure was good and air conditioner was cold. That’s all I can really ask for. Negatives- I was told there was no breakfast but on the last morning, I noticed several people get bags that ended up having a muffin and string cheese in them. I was never told of this. Also, the first room I got had mold all over the air conditioner. So be careful to check it well before you turn it on. I had to request a new room that ended up being ok.

Desk service was nice. Our room smelled of marijuana because we believe the room next to us was smoking. Maid service was not good at all. Came to our room with a stain on our bed. Next day we left to go meet family and came and back to our bed not made, towels on the ground and garbage not emptied that was full. The maid service door hanging was on our door knob and a maid was in the next room over from us before we left Not sure why this hotel has such good reviews.

Located just off the highway, I saw the hotel sign right away in spite of it being a very dark, rainy night. Check in was fast. The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was clean and well stocked. Water pressure was low and ac/ heater unit occasionally made weird noisesso minus 1 star there. Nice pool area with extended hours 5a-11p (great when you've been on the road all day and your kids need to burn off energy). Max depth was 4'3". There is a hot tub. It was not open while we were there but could easily seat 4 adults. Breakfast was a to-go bag so we did not partake as everyone wanted a hot breakfast. There are lots of options nearby if you're in the same boat. Hopefully they will have hot breakfast again soon as this is a feature we favor while selecting our hotels. Overall very nice accommodations and I recommend staying there if passing through Kankakee.
