“Very nice hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Kids had a blast in the indoor pool. Very clean and room was big enough that with 2 adults and 2 teens, we weren't crowding each other.”

“The stay itself was fine. The staff was nice and the room and amenities were decent. I originally booked the room for 2 nights. I wasn't able to arrive for the first night. Instead, I arrived the following morning, fully expecting to pay for both nights. I was told I was considered a "no-show" for the one night. When I got home from my stay I noticed I was charged for the 2 nights and then for another night. I essentially paid for 3 nights even though I stayed for one night. I was fully expecting to pay for the 2 nights I had reserved. I called that day and the front desk person said she would discuss with the manager and that I should call back in a couple of days. I called back in a couple of days and the front desk person consulted with the assistant manager and said there's nothing that could be done to remove the charge for the one night. Nobody said anything about this when I was checking into the hotel or checking out. Next I will be calling Hilton directly instead of this specific property. Unacceptable.”
