This place has exceptional service. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. You can find food and drinks everywhere and really feels like an all inclusive resort. Recommend going to the pool bars, habaneros, and staying in the Turquoise tower (no kids allowed). All the concierges are very knowledgeable and friendly. You get what you pay for here and its awesome service the whole time during your stay.

Are there words to express a quick get away? Hyatt Ziva in Cancun is an all inclusive resort to please your heart’s desire. The total experience is worth repeating many times over. The food is awesome, lots of events available, like party boats, jet skies, playing with the dolphins, and so much more. Like going on a cruise but EVERYTHING, all inclusive. Foods and drinks.

We absolutely love this place! My wife and I took our 1 and 2 year old here and we had the best time. Service is top notch. The staff here really cares and are well trained. The food is amazing. The views and the hotel is incredible, world class. We particularly like the calm waves at the beach where my toddlers could safely play in the water. They had a live show with dancers and music every night at 8:30pm which my kids absolutely loved. It was very family friendly. There's even a coffee shop and a complete candy/dessert store that is open late, AND it is all inclusive. We will be back.

I just got back from Hyatt Ziva. When I say don't hesitate, make haste to get to this location, I mean it. While this is a family resort, I am single and I don't regret going to this location to celebrate my birthday. The food is exceptional, the service is great and the property is breath taking. They serenaded me for my birthday, decorated my room, and I had roses and chocolates on my pillow (My butler). Also, they care about your safety. Every time I would leave the property they would check me out of the hotel and back in. I felt so safe, it was like they made sure that I was accounted for. I want to give a special thanks to Jose from the El Mercado. He was my waiter for breakfast. Also, he had a group serenade me on the beach for my birthday. Finally, I was a little irritated at first when I didn't know my butlers. However, Gustavo more than made up for this issue. He decorated room for my birthday, then he had rose petals and candy on pillows. Moreover, I didn't count my departure time correctly. I let Gustavo know and he had the bellman pick up my bags and had them ready for my shuttle while I finished eating breakfast. I will be going back as soon as possible.

Hyatt Ziva Cancun exceeded all expectations! A group of about 60 of us stayed during September for my sisters wedding and had the most perfect time! As you walk in you are astounded by the beautiful views of the pools and the ocean in the background. We did book an ocean view room and the extra cost was truly worth every penny. We loved being able to enjoy seeing the pools, the dolphins and the ocean all at once. The food is delicious. I always worry about all inclusive hotels not offering a 5 star service for food but Hyatt Ziva blew us away. There is not one restaurant that we did not enjoy eating at or came back several times. The activities that were offered were fun for adults and kids so everyone was able to enjoy and play all day. They offer free paddle board and kayak rentals, the beach was beautifully cleaned and the water aerobics when we weren't at the swim up bar was a lot of fun. Although the actual wedding did not take place at the hotel we did hold the reception dinner at the hotel. The staff took great care of us every day and went above and beyond for the reception event. In addition we celebrated a birthday and were overwhelmed with the cake and surprises the hotel brought. All in all it was a beautiful vacation and we are sure to return.
