“This hotel is a disappointing shell of its former self. This is my third (and last) visit since the transition away from intercontinental. The service (especially at the front desk) has declined considerably. The restaurant and bar are often closed, and each room service order has been incorrect. They even swapped the irons for cheaper ones that don’t use water. Stay elsewhere, I know I will.”

“My family and I were at your hotel, the hotel was great, the room was big and spacious. The location is also excellent. But the hotel's billing method is simply terrible! Take three rooms 900 euros for damages. They charged the credit (even though they didn't say they would do it and only later said it was a charge and not a retention of the amount) and it took a long time until they answered the phone more than three days until they answered me and sent me a refund confirmation, since we left the hotel he still hasn't received the refund, the reception manager Daniel Just disgusting and horrible hung up the phone in my face!
