“I don't have words for the lack of respect for the customer this hotel is showing. The only thing they care about is taking your money, be aware of that. You can also see that with their responses to the reviews here. They only respond to positive reviews, they don't want to learn anything from customer feedback.
We booked the hotel for a night but the airport authorities did not allow us to go there. The hotel gave us no show penalty and did not respond to any of our messages. During this time some flexibility would be welcome but they just don't care. Avoid this place at any cost.”
