Was promised a ocean view room. They made no effort to accommodate. I'm a elite members with no recognition from this hotel. Front office mgr who was also asst mgr he said was borderline rude and uncooperative. Breakfast was great and several items. Please bring back waffles we make ourselves. Room was great and pool was beautiful.

This hotel is in rough shape. But I'll start with the good first: it's on the beach, they have beach towels, fresh coffee and tea all day, easy parking access, a lots of TV channels and friendly housekeepers😀. The bad: rooms need to be updated, AC is slow to cool the room, most uncomfortable beds ever, not enough parking for all guests, lobby needs to be cleaned more often and carpet is very old, beach access is dirty, had a funny smell, clogged sink, bathroom fan doesn't work, falling stucco on the outside. Breakfast sucks, there is a foreign lady that stands in the middle of the Breakfast room looking mean. It's all frozen junk that's microwave and tastes horrible. Downstairs bathrooms are HORRIBLE! Disgusting smell, water coming from the ceiling and broken sink with a do not use sign. I can't belive management can't fix a sink for months. No maintenance or cleaning at the pool I don't know what happened every time!? Customers constantly YELLING at the front desk. I've never been to a hotel and seen so many fights at the front desk! Constant yelling from customers. I guess other people had some big issues 🤷

Nice clean hotel! Nice big rooms with small kitchen, big lobby to hangout. Free coffee on day, breakfast was good. Nice pool area plus on the beach! Only problem is the bathroom near the pool area. Wasn’t fixed for 3 days plus the sink was taped up. Otherwise highly recommend it!

Aqui está minha avaliação muito objetiva: Pro: quarto grande, bom pequeno-almoço gratuito. Contras: Instalações datadas, falta de certas comodidades opcionais É um hotel decente e eu sou um grande fã do Marriott. No entanto, meu quarto parece velho! A cozinha é boa, mas a minha tem um problema de vazamento de água. Quando comparado a um hotel Marriott nas proximidades, a menos de 1,6 km, tenho que diminuir uma estrela.

Here is my very objective review: Pro: large room, nice free breakfast. Con: Dated facilities, lack of certain optional amenities It’s a decent hotel and I am a big Marriott fan. Yet, my room just feels old! Kitchen is nice but mine have a water leaking issue. When compared to a nearby Marriott hotel within a mile I have to lower one star.

O hotel é lindo, o café da manhã é ótimo. Era limpo e muito bom. Fiquei aqui no fim de semana do Memorial Day. Esqueci 2 colares de ouro. Quando percebi meu erro, acabou um dia depois. Liguei e falei com a arrumação que me disse que meus colares foram entregues. Voltei para o hotel no dia seguinte (a 2 1/2 horas de carro) e com certeza eles estavam lá. Um colar era uma herança de família e o outro um colar bastante caro. Tenho ficado em muitos lugares ao longo dos anos e posso dizer honestamente que este foi o primeiro! As pessoas honestas que trabalham lá são aplaudidas. Fiquei lisonjeado com a honestidade deles. Obrigado arrumação para fazer o meu dia. Eu recomendo este hotel e com certeza ficarei lá novamente.

Ótima localização com quartos de frente para o mar. Nós atualizamos para o mar direto e nosso quarto tem duas varandas e um quarto separado da área de estar e cozinha. Ótimo para a nossa estadia de quatro dias. Trouxemos nossas bicicletas e subimos e descemos a praia na maré baixa, além de visitar Ponce Preserve. Café-da-manhã foi ótimo com muita variedade para escolher. As únicas reclamações eram as varandas que precisavam de alguma atenção, os trilhos precisavam de pintura a pó e havia mofo em várias áreas. O chuveiro era estranho e desperdiçou uma tonelada de água, fazendo você ligá-lo a todo vapor, eu gosto da opção de usar menos água, eles precisam trocar essas alças. Nosso teto do chuveiro parecia que havia um vazamento acima em algum momento e tinha sido reparado, mas poderia usar uma camada de tinta para encobrir isso. Para uma propriedade do Marriott, havia alguns itens que precisavam ser resolvidos. No geral, tivemos uma ótima estadia e visitaremos novamente para as praias e a vista.

The hotel is lovely, the breakfast is great. It was clean and very nice.I stayed here over the memorial day weekend.I forgot 2 gold necklaces.When I realized my mistake it was over a day later.I called and spoke to housekeeping who told me both my necklaces were turned in.I returned to the hotel the next day (a 2 1/2 hour drive) and sure enough they were there.One necklace was a family heirloom and the other a rather pricey necklace.I have stayed in many places through the years and I can honestly say this was a first!The honest folks that work there are applauded.I was humbled by their honesty.Thank you housekeeping for making my day. I recommend this hotel and I will be sure and stay there again.

Great location with oceanfront rooms. We upgraded to direct oceanfront and our room has two balconies and a separate bedroom from living & kitchen area. Great for our four day stay. We brought our bikes and rode up and down the beach at low tide, plus visited Ponce Preserve. Breakfast was great with lots of variety to pick from. Only complaints were the balconies need some attention, the rails were in need of powder coating and there was mold in several areas. The shower was awkward and wasted a ton of water by making you turn it on full blast, I like the option of using less water, they need to change those handles out. Our shower ceiling looked like there had been a leak above at some point and had been repaired, but could use a coat of paint to cover that up. For a Marriott property, there were some items that need addressing. Overall we had a great stay and will visit again for the beaches and the view.

Very nice hotel, e uma excelente localização diretamente na praia, mas longe o suficiente das áreas turísticas e degradadas de Daytona que estão mais ao norte. O próprio hotel e os quartos parecem luxuosos, o café da manhã é abundante e o estacionamento é gratuito. Os quartos também têm uma cozinha completa. Tivemos uma ótima experiência aqui em abril e voltaríamos novamente no futuro. Também recomendamos tentar Senor Taco do outro lado da rua.

Very nice hotel, and a great location directly on the beach, but far enough away from the touristy and run-down areas of Daytona which are farther north. Hotel itself and rooms feel luxury, breakfast is plentiful, and parking is free. Rooms also have a full kitchen. We had a great experience here in April, and would come back again in the future. We also recommend trying Senor Taco directly across the street.

Embora esse local esteja desatualizado, os funcionários fazem um ótimo trabalho em mantê-lo e garantir que ele seja limpo e seguro. Great hotel, just a few minutes drive from the bustling Daytona Beach area, so you can enjoy the activity during the day but have a quiet, comfortable room with a view at night. Staff is lovely. Breakfasts are back, post-covid. Great pool/deck/bar area on the beach. Management was wonderful in fixing a billing issue quickly. Residence Inn is my go-to hotel & this one is no different! 🌟

The location is everything. Stairs to the beach you really can’t beat it. Although you can definitely stay here with kids, and I will again don’t be surprised when most of the residents, other guests and staff are rolling their eyes about it. Most of the staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean and well stocked aside from my missing requests. USB outlets only worked in the bedroom. Great view from balcony!

Hotel lobby is nice, the customer service is wonderful! Breakfast could’ve have had more variety and options. While this location is outdated, the employees do a great job of maintaining it and making sure it is clean and safe. Front desk everyday was superb, and made our stay worth it.

Excelente servicio, cómodas habitaciones con cocina, baños amplios, mucho de donde escoger para el desayuno, CAMAS MUY MUY MUY CONFORTABLES, LIMPIEZA ABSOLUTA. recomiendo éste hotel 100% para pasar fin de semana o pará luna de miel sin muchos costos. 5 compañeros y yo nos hospedamos por 5 dias, por trabajo y la pasamos excelente, descansamos bastante por las noches, los baños son amplios y en tiempo de verano se disfruta bastante de las piscinas y la playa.

Los empleados son excelentes. Siempre atentos y sonrientes. El hotel tiene una ubicación excepcional, literalmente a un paso de la playa. La habitación limpia y todo impecable. Super cómoda la cocina con utensilios y demás comodidades para sentirte como en casa cuando cocinas. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Frente al mar de Daytona, la habitación amplia, cocina, heladera, utensilios, sábanas limpias,iluminación, desayunocompleto y riquísimo comotambién picadas a la tardecita - noche. Empleados amables, zona cerca de tiendas donde comprar recuerdos, pizzeria, y bares. De los hoteles que conozco de lacadena Marriott adore este hotel.

Excelente lugar y hotel para estar. Excelente atención de todos los trabajadores destacandose: Katlyn, Nicolas, Brian, Andre, Linda y en general todos son muy atentos y agradables. Desayunos muy variados y muy bien elaborados. Piscina muy limpia y jacuzzi.Puedes alternar con la playa al frente con la opción de rentar tu sombrilla y sillas diariamente. La atencion a la habitación es excelente así como limpieza diariamente. Lo recomiendo en todos los sentidos y espero regresar nuevamente con mi familia!😀

El Residence Inn de Daytona Beach es una excelente opción para poderse quedar a la orilla del mar. Con una piscina a pasos de mar y una entrada privada desde la playa, este hotel ofrece acceso perfecto a unas de las mejores atracciones de Daytona Beach. Se los recomiendo.
