“Very happy with our stay. Staff went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. However, if you want your room to be serviced. Be sure to remove all personal items from your bed and neatly stack your personal items in the bathroom or you will have clean your room yourself during your stay. A well stocked courtesy breakfast area. Nice outside pool with a shower and pool towels. Will definitely stay here again.”

“The room is beautiful, location wonderful. But morning we left to go to Columbia I get a call"were under renovation, just wanted you to know". So what am I supposed to do? I'm thinking can't be too bad-wrong. No pool, no breakfast, not even an entry to lobby except side of building. Workers on every floor. Staff was exceptionally nice especially because the internet didn't work for the first 12 hours I was there.”
