“The traveler should be careful because this hotel would not provide the shower gel or the soap on the following days but only on the first day. (Maybe the traveler needs to book this hotel separately for each day, so every day is the first day) And if you need that you should pay for it. They didn't tell people this on their website or booking.com if I knew I wouldn't stay here. Also, I book a room for two adults, but they only give us one shower gel and one soap on the first day. That was really ridiculous and blowing-mind away. Also, our room’s up window was broken, the hotel just used a board to cover it, but it didn’t match. If your room is in front of the street, that would be awful; it’s so nosing that I can’t sleep well; I can hear every car drive past during midnights.”

“The good: I can't imagine a more central location to explore Lisboa, either on foot or using public transport. The staff were very friendly and it was overall a great value for the price. The not so good: Room 104: The top of the window was glassless with just a thin sheet of chipboard loosely attached. This was most apparent when the garbage disposal truck came by around midnight... Then again you can't expect peace and quiet if you're in the middle of a lively city ;-)”
