Not bad, you get what you paid for. We just need to stay one night at Honolulu so an affordable place like this hotel works just fine. Close to shopping center, room is small but clean. The only thing is you gonna wait for a while for elevators…

Ala Moana is a great place to stay at an affordable rate in Hawaii, especially near Waikiki. 1. Valet guys- they were super friendly! especially patient with us as we had to get our baby in and out of the car 2. Lobby is massive and has a Starbucks inside that opens at 530am. There are also a few other shops in the lobby as well! 2. Walkable to so many places, Including the mall and Ala Moana Beach park, Foodland, and Target 3. As for the room, it was whatever. Just standard but still comfortable and clean. Can’t rave about it but I have nothing negative to say.

O quarto individual que eu tinha era muito pequeno. Não há espaço suficiente para eu abrir minha bagagem confortavelmente. Puxando minha bagagem sobre a cama para chegar ao outro lado. Meu quarto era muito limpo. Eu só precisava passar a noite, então consegui. Felizmente, o meu colega tinha quartos maiores. Eu definitivamente ficaria no hotel Ala Moana novamente. Recomendo o restaurante Steak no 32º andar. Jantar requintado, ótimo serviço, comida fabulosa.

The single room I had was very small. Not enough room for me to open up my luggage comfortably. Pulling my luggage over the bed to get to the other side. My room was very clean. I only needed to stay overnight, so I managed. My colleague's fortunately had larger rooms. I definitely would stay at the Ala Moana hotel again. I recommend the Steak restaurant on the 32 floor. Fine dinning , great service, fabulous food.

Tivemos uma bela conferência. As instalações eram boas, mas eu estava congelando. Confira a peça central de pavão de origami feita à mão. O almoço vegetariano foi excelente. Meu quarto era bom, mas não tinha muita vista. Eu não esperava que alguém entrasse para arrumar minha cama ou esvaziar o lixo (protocolo não usual desde o COVID), então infelizmente algumas canetas e cartões de visita foram jogados fora. Foi bom voltar depois de um longo dia para ter uma cama bem feita.

O check-in foi fácil. O hotel é LIMPO. Sem cheiros ruins, ele realmente tem um cheiro fresco. As camas são confortáveis. A limpeza diária foi muito apreciada. A única coisa é o estacionamento. Você pode ou não conseguir uma vaga. Fora isso estou gostando da minha estadia. Nota lateral, embora o estacionamento não seja o melhor, a localização do hotel fica a uma curta distância da comida da praia e do entretenimento. Eu definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente.

We had a lovely conference. Facilities were good, but I was freezing. Check out the hand made origami peacock centerpiece. The vegetarian lunch was superb. My room was good, but not much of a view. I didn't expect to have someone come in to make my bed or empty the trash (not usual protocol since COVID) so unfortunately some pens and business cards got thrown out. It was nice to come back after a long day to have a nicely made bed.

Check in was easy. The hotel is CLEAN. No foul smells, it actually has a fresh smell to it. Beds are comfortable. Housekeeping daily was greatly appreciated. The only thing is parking. You may or may not get a spot. Other than that I’m enjoying my stay. Side note even though parking isn’t the best, the location of the hotel is walking distance to food the beach and entertainment. I’d definitely stay here again.

Decent rooms for a decent price. Nothing fancy about the dated rooms but they were clean and comfortable. Patio was nice.Location is great. Attached to the mall so lots of inexpensive food options. Beach is a short walk as well as the waikiki trolley line. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Clean and convenient. Ala Moana hotel has been around for as long as I can remember…I believe it was built in 1970. The rooms are small but functional and the staff responsive. I had to request extra pillows and towels and it arrived within 5 minutes. Parking for hotel guests runs about $35 per day.The hotel is conveniently located adjacent to Ala Moana Center and can be accessed via a walk ramp from the second floor.

Front desk staff are just lovely, very friendly and helpful. Heide in particular was so wonderful to us and made check-in quick and easy after a long 18 hour travel day! She's an absolute gem and goes above and beyond to make sure you and your family are taken care of. Room is also very clean and tidy, bed is surprisingly comfortable and the parking garage is well-lit with plenty of space. Hotel is also in an excellent location - within walking distance to shops and restaurants. If you were comparing hotels to stay at in Waikiki like we were, choose Ala Moana and you won't be disappointed!

Um hotel tão maravilhoso!Está conectado ao shopping, o que facilita a compra de alimentos ou quaisquer outros bens que você possa precisar. Também fica a uma curta caminhada de um parque e da praia. Existem scooters motorizados nas proximidades que permitem que você vá para Waikiki (caso queira). Há também um Starbucks no lobby, que foi super conveniente.Quando eu voltar, com certeza ficarei aqui novamente!

Such a wonderful hotel! It's connected to the mall, which allows for ease of shopping for food or any other goods you might be needing. It's also a short walk to a park and the beach. There are motorized scooters nearby that allow you the opportunity to ride to Waikiki (should you want to). There is also a Starbucks in the lobby, which was super convenient. When I return, I will definitely stay here again!

El restaurante es muy bueno al igual que el servicio, y cada detalle. Tienes buenas vistas si se va de día, por la noche no se ve ni aprecia tanto, cerca del centro y anís diez minutos a pie del puerto. La comida es muy buena todo tiene su sabor, bien cuidado y productos de calidad, eso cómo es normal hay que pagarlo. El marisco muy fresco y un punto de cocción muy bueno, la verdad es un buen sitio para llevar a tu pareja y disfrutar del momento.

Este hotel está estratégicamente ubicado en una de las zonas más importantes de Honolulu y está comunicado con uno de los 5 mall más grandes de USA. Habitación y baños limpios.
