unfortunately the room smelled totally musty and damp it was not nice. looking for an outlet, we found the dirt behind the bedside table from guests in front of us. that doesn't give a good feeling of cleanliness. Breakfast, after 13 days in the US it was the first hotel that had each slice of toast individually wrapped in foil. you can overdo it and it's not eco-friendly.

We could say many negative things about this hotel, one of Best Western group's red logos. But, I will limit myself only to what is visible. Everything is old and tasteless; the television has lost its light since the images are hardly noticeable, the tap water tastes like chlorine, and the bathroom is superficially clean. Always been a client of BW bleu, and this is the second time I have used the logo; it is an overpriced hotel. This hotel is not worth more than $100

This hotel wasn't worth the price. Just straight The hallways smells like old wet carpet. Don't let that fresh smell at the front desk fool you. Yes my room was a nice size but it smelled like an basement that floods every time it rains. 🤢. The room was dusty,

At first, this place looks clean and well maintained. The lobby is beautiful and very clean. The room's bedsheets and towels were clean and fairly comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good with a variety of food items each day. However, the carpets in the rooms and the hallways were very dirty as well as the sofa and the chair in the room, so much so that I did not sit on either the chair or the sofa in the room. When we first got to the second floor where our room was you could smell the strong odor of carpet deodorizer trying to mask the dirty carpet but this did not cover the dirt. If they do a good shampoo on the carpets and furniture this hotel could be very nice since it's in a great location where food and other shops are all nearby.

Good business hotel. The rooms need to be cleaned. Carpet is smelling bad. Breakfast is great. Attention is very good.

Absolutely disgusting! The lobby is nice but, the rooms wreak of mold, decorated with old furniture, smelly carpet, and raggedy mattresses. The hotel has these big aromatic boxes in the hallway to mask the smell upon exiting the elevator. One step inside the room puts you in the mindset of the "Bates Motel" horror film. If you're unfamiliar.... Google it! As soon as I entered, I was back at the desk requesting a different room. The first room (305) was equally as bad as the second(315). Within 10 mins I was back in my vehicle researching better options. My recommendation to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable night's rest, look elsewhere!!! To Best Western, shame on you for operating like this!

Oct 11-16 2021, 2 rooms - NO HOUSE KEEPING WAS DONE for the entire 5 night stay. Smell of WET CARPET was unbearable. Had to ask the front desk every night for clean towels and toiletries. I understand with covid protocols no more shuttle service and reduced breakfast but the cleaning of the rooms to NIL for 5 night stay was unbearable. DO NOT visit this Hotel . Even the smell of WET CARPET in the Room corridor was too much. Front Desk sympathized but can do nothing.

Website says courtesy airport shuttle but don't believe it! When I contacted for transport there I was told they did not offer this. Room was clean and comfortable but when we called the desk to tell them we did not have a remote for TV we were told the hotel was sold out and they could get us one in the morning. We leave in the morning.... Shower had very little water pressure fyi and be careful of the door stoppers, almost broke a toe.

The hotel, was no it what I expected, but not terrible. I'd give it a 3 star. They do need to do some detail work and maybe change out the carpet or washing it, but it was good for me, first, for location and secondly, for price point. When we walked in, we walked into the hotel, there was this overwhelming perfume aroma that was masking a hint of musk and mildew. I don't know if you follow me. This is where reviews work to help the management, and this is why I attached some images to so they can do better.

It was a good hotel. Staff was nice and welcoming but we got there at 2am and we were travelling with family. We got there and it was fine. We got our room keys but then when we went to our rooms there was people sleeping in them! We got new rooms. Sleep was fine. Breakfest was good but the room incident was horrible.
