Hotel muito bem localizado, limpo e com quarto muito bem equipado. Aspecto de novo, wifi excelente. O preço é condizente com a realidade de Manhattan.

Ótimo custo beneficio! Funcionários simpáticos e sempre dispostos a ajudar, muito perto da Times Square e na região de Hells Kitchen. O Hotel tem acomodações modernas e até espaçosas. Voltaria facilmente a me hospedar nele!

Localização é o ponto forte. A poucos metros da Times Square mas sem nenhum problema com o burburinho da região. Perto de várias estações do metrô, da 5a avenida, da Saint Patrick. Tudo muito limpo e cuidado. Chuveiro excelente. A ressalva fica em relação a hospitalidade. Não são nem um pouco acolhedores.

A experiência no geral foi satisfatória, até o momento que voltei ao Brasil. No momento do meu check out solicitei um táxi pelo hotel, me informaram que eu pagaria $60 para o próprio motorista. Paguei em dinheiro no momento que ele me deixou no aeroporto. Acontece que o Hotel cobrou $50 depois no meu cartão de crédito alegando que o valor era referente ao táxi solicitado. Como não peguei recibo com o motorista, não consegui comprovar que eles me cobraram duas vezes e ficou por isso mesmo. Estou comentando para alertar os futuros hóspedes do hotel.

Desrespeito total o que fizeram comigo, reservei o hotel 3 meses antes da viagem simplesmente 20 dias antes mandaram um aviso de cancelamento, alegando que o preço que eu havia reservado estava errado, como? Se é o que estava no site, se teve um erro que eles tivesse assumido e cumprido com o oferecido no dia da reserva, que culpa tenho eu! Infelizmente foi um descaso ao cliente! Não indico!

Haven’t been to the hotel but my mom lives in the residencies, awesome views of Chrysler Building, MetLife Building,One Vanderbilt, One WTC, Bank of America Tower, and more. Tiny condo though.

We stayed there on 12/17/19.The Cassa staff are really nice. The hotel is ok. The room itself is very nice, clean, and comfortable. However, there was a loud HVAC noise in our room that didn't stop the entire time we were there. And the heat didn't get up over 69F no matter what we had it set on.There was work being done in the lobby, so we had to come and go through the adjacent maintenance hall or through Butter. Neither all that bad, just inconvenient.One of the elevators didn't work properly while we were there, as well. I think there is still work to be done here. I get the feeling there is always work happening here.All in all, I think we overpaid, but I'm not too upset about it, as we did enjoy our stay. If a good deal came up, we'd stay again. But anything other than a really good price, we'd look elsewhere.

The location was great and central.The housekeeping staff are fantastic and very friendly.However, that’s all... the room was nice but the bed was uncomfortable and was right next to the main air conditioning unit so was noisy all day and night... got very little sleep.The front desk staff were not friendly at all and the male desk staff seemed only interested in helping female guests, or were too busy talking amongst themselves.Wouldn’t recommend this place.Have stayed in much better places in New York.

Got an upgrade to a Junior Suite as it was my 50th birthday. All the staff that we came in contactwith were amazing recommending us places to eat for breakfast every morning and they were all delicious Juniors (has a great choice to share) Brooklyn Diner (great pancakes). The room was fantastic with loads of space including a settee and dressing area. The bathroom had all essentials clean towels replaced if required and bedmade everyday. Fabulous hotel. Must stay again.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, always there to answer questions. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I love the location, just perfect! Thank you to the Jonathan and Ten who were very helpful getting ice for me when I sustained a knee injury! All is well and I look forward to next visit!

Friendly, helpful staff. Decent suite. Clean. Too bad the shower had gouges in the floor; presumably from the shower head getting dropped. Very decent pricing for midtown New York, and great location.

I booked the Cassa Hotel NY as a present for me and my new Wife as a wedding present. I checked a few reviews and looking on a map I thought it looked in a fairly good position, I wasn’t disappointed !! The Hotel is in a perfect location and we could get anywhere with ease. We didn’t want to go in all day for the ball drop on New Year but obviously wanted to see it if possible. We managed to see it from 42nd st after going to a fantastic restaurant “Benjamin’s” recommended by Johnathan at the hotel he was fantastic and did all the reservation for us. All the staff were friendly and helpful but I would really say that Johnathan went that extra mile. The room was clean and a fair size for New York. (Not much wardrobe space but wasn’t really expecting much) Overall I would 100% stay here again and would recommend for anyone that wants to be right in the centre of New York but still have a quite clean room this is the place to be! And free WiFi !

Check in is at three, they let us leave our bags earlier which was great. Room was clean and nice. Not a super large room but exactly what we expected from pictures. Staff was consistently friendly and they had free decent coffee in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous hotel well situated for most major attractions. Lovely and clean staff are amazing so friendly and helpful. The complimentary coffee in the Lobby in a morning is a welcome touch and iced water with Lemon on your return from a long day sight seeing especially after 93° heat!! Rooms lovely and spacious with everything you would need the fridge was a welcome extra. There was no bath but the shower more than made up for it it was amazing large rainhead shower powerful and lovely and hot. Highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back.

Hotel muy centrico, muy buena localizacion, no pongo las 5 estrellas por el precio pero en NY todo es caro, comodidades mas que suficientes y espacio de la habitacion normal, tienes cafe, tes y manzanas gratis todas las mañana en la recepcion.

El lugar solo tiene como ventaja la ubicación.El resto un desastrehabitación pequeña , limpiezaprecaria, no tiene ni máquina de hielo , ni cafetería, frigobar. Por ser un 4 estrella parece mas un 2 estrella solo en buena ubicación.

Buen hotel. Céntrico. Limpio. Personal muy bien. Un poco caro, pero en este caso se paga la ubicación.Respecto a visitas anteriores, han añadido wifi gratuito y la posibilidad de cargar dos aparatos por USB a la vez en la mesilla de noche (uno de ellos cargador rápido).Tiene al lado un Pret A Manger, por lo que desayunar no es ningún problema.

Good hotel with a great location. From here out you're in walking distance from Broadway and Times Square. Also centrally located in case you want to go uptown or go for a stroll towards Wall Street.Rooms are big enough (we are a party of 2 and a baby), bathrooms is really nice and spacious! Bed could have been a bit bigger. I'm a little over 6 feet, so my feet are cold ;) The rooms were very quiet. No noise from outside.The big downside was the elevator. 1 of them was out of order during our stay and we literally had to wait for 10+ minutes at times. And this wasn't just once. They should've fixed this sooner, especially since it's a 45 (?) floor building and then just 1 elevator including the staff that's using it a lot...During our previous stay in NYC we stayed in the Empire hotel closer to Central Park. Even though it was a lot more expensive, I'd rather pick the Cassa hotel next time again!

El lugar es ideal por que estas en la 45 entre la 5 i la 6 , es decir en el puro centro de manhattan ya qe estas a una calle de Times Square. Fuimos de viaje de novios. La cama creo qe es la cama más comoda y grande del mundo, y el personal encantador. En la entrada por la mañana tienen cafe y leche para que te tomes un cafe gratis i el resto del dia agua con trocitos de limon fresquita. Un detalle ( ya qe no hay desayuno).Cosas malas... moquetas en la habitacion, lo encuentro una cerdada. Que no haya siempre una persona de parla hispana en el hotel. Que te piden cuando llegues la visa, te carguen casi 70 euros y no te lo digan.Por lo demas todo muy bien.

El personal excepcional, todos ellos.Tuvimos un pequeño problema con nuestra tour operadora en cuanto al tipo de reservade la habitación. Muy amables por partede Cassa Hotel nos lo solucionaron rápido y de forma eficiente, incluso sin ser ellos en principio los responsables del malentendido. La localización excelente, con buena comunicación y muy céntrico. Volvería sin lugar a dudas
