“That was our first family trip to Rome. The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. The hotel is very close to the Colosseum. The staff is very nice and helpful. The check-in and check-out process is very easy.”

“We booked the honeymoon suite with a private terrace that overlooks central Rome with a magnificent view of the Colosseum. The private terrace is very unique and beautiful. The location is phenomenal. The breakfast restaurant is very good with great views from the public terrace. Do not recommend dining at La Terrazza Bar. The food was very attractive but mediocre at best with twrrible value. The waitstaff service is terrible. We were ignored for 30 minutes. When it came time for drinks order we were again ignored and found it easier to walk down/up 4 flights to pickup a cold beverage from the lobby bar. Food dispatch was chaotic and overall experience was miserable with a top shelf price tag attached. Italy has so many amazing food experiences across the country. We have dined in many great restaurants across Italy over the past 30 years and this was the only bad experience we have ever had. Do yourself a favor. And do not dine at La Terrazza Bar despite the great view.”
