“The staff here is beyond incredible! We traveled with our infant, and had a few scheduling mishaps. The front desk was always so helpful and doted on our baby. The rooms were great, a bit smaller than pictured and no A/C. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I cant say enough how great the staff is”

“The room was large, stylish and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful. The location is great being very close to Termini rail and metro station. The stay was spoilt a little by a service lift located on the other side of the bedroom wall - regularly in the evening until midnight, or early in morning from 7am, I could hear bangs and thuds coming from the elevator shaft on the other side of the wall.”
