“Don't forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. They compare thousands of booking web sites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the most well known in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you definitely will love it I'm sure! I've stayed in this Hotel for only one night at my arrival in Chicago and it was great. I had a great view, the room was cosy and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I want to mention the super helpful and friendly service team, especially Nelson and the Lady I don't the name. He was so patient with helping us to find a parking lot. Insane great experience! I loved it and can recommend it to anyone else.”

“I visited this property for a conference and overall would give this an excellent stay review. There is a lot of accessibility within the hotel and the surrounding area. The biggest highlight is the front desk staff. They go above and beyond for guests. I was originally in a room right next to the elevator (just a wall between my room and the shaft) so I struggled the first two nights not sleeping. I went to ask for some ear plugs as with a conference it is very hard to move and adjust which I understand. I had no expectations but the manager I happened to speak to immediately suggested a move and was apologetic. I insisted moving was not necessary but he persisted and assured me it was no problem and my comfort was important. I did a poor job with names being in shock of their kindness, but I believe his started with a N or maybe was Nelson? He worked with Cassandra I believe as well. I do remember her name tag noted Port Au Prince, Haiti. Those two are exceptional and have nothing but my gratitude. Great hotel!”
