This is truly a 4 star hotel. Great location between 2 metro stops. Great amenities and outstanding HUGE breakfast. Best in Portugal. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Good hot water showers. If you are looking for a nice hotel that is fairly reasonable too look no further!

We stayed here for 6 nights. The communication I had prior to our stay was prompt and professional. They arranged a transfer for me from the airport as I was arriving very late, the hotel is sleek yet comfortable, our room was large, with a great shower and a king sized bed. The bed was a bit firm, but I liked it. Linens were great. Air conditioning was excellent when needed. We did go to the roof top once. Beautiful view!, drink prices expensive..but..can you put a price on the view you get with the drinks. The front desk was always ready to answer any questions. We felt welcomed there. We liked staying in this area as it is quieter than the many other areas of Lisbon. Glad we chose the Jupiter.

Breakfast was great! The bed was very big and comfortable. The refrigerator (mini bar) was quiet - not a given in hotels. The lobby is pleasant and inviting. The roof looks nice but unfortunately we arrived on a rainy day. The location is quiet and pleasant and also central for our needs. The sliding door of the shower/toilet wasn't convenient, mainly because it didn't have a lock. The children's pool seemed a bit unsafe, at least for toddlers. We didn't check it mainly because the weather wasn't suitable. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was everything I expected it to be (and even more). The care and friendliness of the staff was heartwarming. I felt welcome from the start of our stay until the end. The quality of the room was great. It gave us the perfect place to come back to after a day of discovering Lisbon. Every morning we enjoyed a rich breakfast with enough choices. The (food)quality of the breakfast was also good. Due to the weather we unfortunately didn't use the rooftop bar or swimming pool.

Estávamos de carro, fácil acesso do aeroporto, com estacionamento (pago) no local. Ao lado do metrô. Atenderam minhas solicitações (restrição a leite e glúten). Quarto e banheiro amplos. Deixei a bagagem no hotel e ligaram para meu número (Vodafone, comprado no terminal do aeroporto, €20, fácil, sem burocracia), antecipando meu Check-in.

Que estada maravilhosa, fui muito bem recebido e atendido em todos os momentos no Jupter, café da manhã farto, muitas opções, tudo fresco e muito bem feito. Se precisa de um lugar para ficar em Lisboa, bem localizado e com um atendimento único, encontrou. Boa estada.

Sinceramente esta gente vende muy bien por fotos este hotel pero la realidad esque no tiene una buena atención al cliente,a nosotros por lo menos no nos tenían la habitación a tiempo nos han dado malos horarios para la comida,tienen un apiscina muy buena pero sin atención y tan pequeña que uno se agobia, creo que está muy sobrevalorado este hotel,si venís que sea solo 1 noche o algo por el estilo porque para estar aquí 5 días o una semana es un suicidio

Es un hotel excepcional y muy bien comunicado con una parada de metro en la puerta. Nos quejamos de que el sofá cama de nuestros hijos hacia ruido y lo solucionaron en el día.El penúltimo día de nuestra estancia fue el cumpleaños de nuestro hijo y nos dejaron un pastel y una botella de champan enla habitacion,todo un detalle!.El servicio(recepcionistas, camareros, chicas de la limpieza,etc)por encima de sus objetivos.El buffet buenísimo, con poca variedad pero con muchísima calidad y el desayuno espectacular.Sin duda si volviera a Lisboa repetiría en este hotel.

Un hotel perfecto para visitar la ciudad. No está en el centro pero se coge el metro en la misma puerta del hotel. Desayuno y cena muy bueno. Ideal para visitar la ciudad con niños, sobretodo por la piscina.

This hotel is on a main route coming out of the centre of Lisbon. It's not really in the middle of any exciting area but there is a bullring and a few associated restaurants nearby. There are also some nice smaller places in the streets near to the hotel. The service in the hotel is very friendly, helpful and quick. The concierge staff are very kind and generous with their advice about the room and the local area too. A couple of things in the room you don't see mentioned: you get a nice complimentary bottle of water (but the minibar comes with more and isn't too expensive), the TV audio can be connected to the room speakers (although it didn't seem to work in my room) and there are plugs to connect your own audio (possibly video too, there is a three colour connector) if you have the cables (standard audio/video cables), you also get nice shower and hand gels etc and a box of tissues for the room. Staff will also hold your luggage if the room is not ready and bring it straight up to the room when you return. The rooftop bar is lovely, staff are nice and the pool is small but nice on the warm days. I didn't use the gym but it's good to have the option. There's also a bar downstairs, it didn't seem to have some things you'd expect like diet/zero coke in stock but for most things it would be fine. On the whole a nice, clean and well-kept hotel and I would definitely recommend it if you need a place to stay in Lisbon with a little bit of luxury.

Los servicios del hotel dejan bastante que desear desde nuestra llegada. Pedimos hielos para la habitación y nos hacen bajar a buscarlo (nos niegan una cubitera aunque finalmente acceden ante nuestras quejas), pedimos refresco en la comida y no nos admiten que se cargue a la habitación así que nos obligan a pagarlo en el restaurante, pedimos un taxi a recepción y nos dicen que debemos hacerlo nosotros... Además buffet escaso y repetitivo. Haremos un artículo completo en nuestros medios en unos días.

It was lovely! At the end of a long day, the rooftop is the perfect place for a swim and a little cocktail. The staff up there was very kind and make sure you have a good time (definitely made the difference). The room was perfect, it all made you want to stay at the hotel the entire day! The breakfast was varied too :) definitely recommend staying here

This hotel was great value and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was lovely for cooling off from the heat and the team working there were friendly and generous. The only criticism is that the lunch we had at the hotel wasn't great, the pork sandwich was just plain roast pork in a bun. The location means you need to get a bus or train into town, but it was excellent value.

Após a experiência do pacote DINE & SPA, não recomendo a ninguém. Péssimo atendimento na recepção do SPA: - não queriam dar roupões, incluídos no serviço adquirido, dando como primeira justificação que apenas os hóspedes tinham direito, dando como segunda justificação após eu mostrar que no site tem a informação que estão incluídos, que já não tinham mais, e apenas por muita insistência a recepcionista foi pedir ao hotel - com 25 cacifos nos balneários das senhoras, num grupo de 7, tivemos de dividir cacifos com a justificação que não tinham para todas, não estando nem perto de 20 senhoras no spa - o spa fecha às 20h, e marcaram a última massagem do grupo para as 19h, tendo disponíveis 5 minutos para tomar banho e nos dirigirmos para o jantar - o circuito de águas do spa é muito pobre - não existe qualquer cuidado/ preocupação por parte do spa com os clientes, não oferecem nem uma água - a massagem foi agradável, e sendo nós um grupo tivemos vários massagistas, sendo notória a inexperiência de alguns na resposta indelicada às inconsistências do programa - quando chegámos ao restaurante, para colmatar, não tinham a nossa reserva - relativamente ao jantar, um buffet, demasiado pobre para um hotel de 4 estrelasToda a experiência, ainda mais pelo valor que pedem, é demasiado fraca.

Um bom Hotel, muito bem situado, mesmo perto da Saida do metro Saldanha e Campo Pequeno. Bom quarto, Boa cama, bons serviços; com um pequeno-almoço muito saboroso evariado e staff muito cordial e simpático!!! O Spa émuito fresco e bem cuidado. Piscina interior e jacuzzi bem quentinhos. Sauna e Banho turco Piscina exterior grande com uma vista muito bonita. O atendimento na recepção foi muito bom. Por estarmos a comemorar uma data especial, tivemos um welcome drink 🍸apóso check in. Um Hotel muito bem organizado.

We had a stay here for 3 full days. The hotel is nicely located close to a metro entrance (which entrance is not always open later in the evening). The rooftop swimming pool is a nice addition, unfortunately it was too windy during our stay to be able to enjoy this. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and spacious enough. On the first floor on the backside where we had our room there was not much of a view. The bathroom was fine, with an incredible rain shower. The room was cleaned every day, but one. Which is a shame since you are staying in a four star hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good, with lots of things too choose from. All in all in was a good stay. Recommend.

Não gostei de ter de pagar para usufruir da parte da piscina ,acho que isso já deveria de estar incluído no preço por noite .... E também não gostei de ter de ir tomar o pequeno almoço só até às 10:30.
