“1.5 stars. Staff customer service was great, however the rooms were not. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Rooms can be renovated, and the bathrooms were horrific. There was mould between the tiles and it just looks as if the only thing cleaned was the glass on the shower door. Cleanliness can definitely be improved.”
