Uma ótima escolha. Atendimento exemplar, transfer entre hotel+aeroporto+cassinos. Café da manhã excelente. Os quartos muito bem organizados e limpos. Se houver uma segunda vez, com certeza irei me hospedar aqui novamente.

Lugar para quem não liga muito para limpeza , glamour e atendimento...não encantam...fazem o básico...bem básico mesmo....atendentes nem aí pra VC nas suas necessidades...café da manhã bom..não cobra resort fee..não cobra mais nada..shoutlhe para aeroporto bom... microondas no quarto.. serve só para quem passa dia inteiro na rua..piscina legal tbem..os da Flórida são bem melhores..ahhh duas baratinhas no quarto...

O hotel atendeu as expectativas. É bem simples e antigo. O serviço de translado do aeroporto é uma boa. Não tivemos problema com limpeza. O café da manhã é ok. Tem lavanderia e gelo a vontade. A área de lazer é vazia sempre, pois não pode entrar com bebida e comida, ai num calor de 44°C ninguém tem paciência de ficar na piscina contemplando o Sol. O hotel fica longe da principal rua dos casinos para ir andando, então vai precisar de uber ou carro. Acho que uber compensa muito. Para quem buscar tranquilidade em Las Vegas é um bom lugar.

I stayed here with my husband, 2 kids and 3 dogs. It looked awesome on the website. There is NOT a hot breakfast. Only thing hot is the waffles. No coffee in the rooms. We were the fourth building back. Rm 269 It smelt horrible. The whole thing is pet friendly, so we weren't in the "pet rooms". The whole hallway smelt like urine. We complained to the front desk morning and afternoon for 2 days. We canceled our 3rd night and went to another hotel. It would turn your stomach. I hope they will fix this. The other hallways were fine. They did not offer a new room. We normally live Wyndham hotels, but this place will never see another dollar of mine.

Couches are very GROSS! Time to replace. Microwave doesn't work. Muffins were stale. TV takes 10 seconds to turn on AND change channels. Very odd. Other things were nice. Nice bed, fridge, bathroom. Seriously though, 3 stars taken away because of gross couches.

I had to pay $140 for a night and the reviews are right this place is outdated & NOT sanitary. Customer service staff are rude & take forever just to get you a room.The hallway smelled like cigarettes despite the place saying they are 100% smoke free. The room was dirty, light didn't work, outlets were cheap, plugs would randomly fall off the outlet.The worse part was the bed/bathtub. Dirty, stained and looked as if it hasn't been cleaned in a long time.I needed a place to stay and wow do I regret it, especially for the money I had to pay.Do yourself a favor and do NOT ever stay here, unless you like sleeping in a dumpster.

Reservé este hotel por urgencia, mi vuelo fue cancelado y necesitaba pasar una noche más en Las Vegas, en un hotel con guarda maletas (tal y como lo ofertaban en su web), ya que mi próximo vuelo salía al día siguiente por la noche. Después, resultó que no tenían guarda maletas, y tuve que irme al aeropuerto 12 horas antes de que mi vuelo saliera. Este hotel tiene publicidad engañosa.

If I could give a negative star rating I would.NEVER stay at this place, even a Motel 6 would be better.Room was FILTHY, not just dirty, not just dusty it is FILTHY!The bottom of the tub is ground in dirt, I dont ever want to stank of it let alone sit in there.The tub handle is broken so turning off the water is almost impossible.We have a view of the homeless in a small field across from the parking lot, when you see barb wire on the fences around the parking lot you know your car is not safe.Staff was rude and slow.The free breakfast is only for 2 hours and they do have a waffle maker but it takes 4 minutes and so that means only 90 can be make in that 2 hours and there is many more people here on the weekends so you do the math.Check in is 3 pm and at 6 pm our room still was not ready.I cant impress on you enough how bad this place is.

While the location and pricing was great, the hotel had a faint pet order throughput sine that allow pets.The staff was very accommodating and helpful when I needed to extend my stay for a day.My room was very spacious. The one thing that was disturbing, was the fact that a sock remained on the stairwell my entire stay (4 nights).

Sure this hotel is old, but for the price I was happy with our stay! Probably one of the best locations in Vegas, not on the strip! I was happy to see them let dogs stay!!! They keep doors locked 24/7. Breakfast was suitable. I noticed people cleaning inside and out, dated but clean! If I ever go back to Vegas I would definitely stay here again!!! The staff was very friendly as well!

This place has a few pro's fist thing I liked was the place keeps the doors locked 24/7. It has a pretty good breakfast and a really nice fitness room. The rooms are fairly good size and include a coffee pot plus a microwave and refrigerator. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are really nice as well.

Horrible !!! Horrible !!!!! El hotel apesta , la tele no sirve , las lámparas no funcionan como debe de ser , estuvimos dos noches y no limpiaron la habitación , cuando llame para por lo menos tener toallas limpias me dijeron que si quería fuera a buscarlas al front desk por qué solo tenían dos trabajadores y que no limpian las habitaciones por el COVID 19 Algo sumamente ridiculo por que si rentas pero no limpias ???? Asco de hotel jamás regresaría y es verdad la forma ruda con la que te responden los de front desk 🤮

Pésimo, pésimo... El servicio muy malo, nadie te responde de buena manera porque no hablo 100% inglés, todo el edificio huele feo, las habitaciones también huelen feo, hay manchas en la alfombra, el televisor no funcionaba y lo arreglaron hasta el siguiente día que llegamos, desayuno totalmente deficiente, nunca recogieron la basura. Para completar la historia.... Hoy llegamos al hotel y está cerrado el edificio de la recepción con una cinta que dice "police - crime scene" , está lleno de policías quienes investigan algo acá y no hay quien responda sobre absolutamente nada. No le doy ni una estrella.

Staff seems to be very overwhelmed. Takes forever to check in and took several calls down to the front desk to get extra blanket and pillows. Dog in the room next to us did not stop barking the full three days we were there. Hotel seems VERY outdated and run down. The fire alarms went off two separate times throughout our last night which woke us in a panic. Even though this was a cheaper option for a Vegas stay, seems extremely expensive for what you receive in return. I’ve never had to worry about the cleanliness of a hotel until I stayed at this one. Spend the extra cash and stay at a different hotel if you can. You can tell management doesn’t care about customer reviews and improvements based on the same copy and paste response. Sad

Cambié de banco y por ende de tarjeta de débito. Tenía una reserva en este hotel y cancelaron mi estadía (la cual había reservado con varias semanas). Ni siquiera llamaron, solo enviaron un mail después de cancelarme la reserva y ahora no encuentro hotel en ningún lado debido a esto. Pésimo servicio

Una situación incomoda desde el momento de pedir la llave La habitación estaba sucio la electricidad no funcionaba el elevador no funcionaba ni había un teléfono para notificar y un ambiente dentro de los pasillos del hotel como que estuvieras viviendo una película de terror . Si vas con tus hijos o una noches de familia no lo recomiendo es más adecuado el hotel para pasatiempo de parejas

Para este hotel en específico. He usado otros hoteles LA QUINTAy he estado satisfecha con el serviciopero en este se pasaron de la raya. Al llegar el front desk muy NO fue muy amable, pero la chica que estuvo el domingo por la mañana creo que su nombre era "Erica" ella habla español y fue muy amable. Con la excusa de la pandemia según ellos te dan "desayuno" una granola, una bebida, una fruta enlatada y un muffin "PODRIDO" La habitacion: más o menos Baño: Sucio de todo a todo, piso pegajoso,lavabo y la puerta no cierra. Nada de privacidad! Le doy una estrella 🌟 sólo porque permiten mascotas y yo traigo una conmigo.* la chica que atendía estaba avergonzada pensando que la culpabamos a ella, la realidad es que NO, aunque ella no fue amable, NO tuvo la culpa pues no puso algo podrido a propósito si todo está empaquetado. Aún así, creo que debería checar cada cosa que pone.

They have a shuttle that runs and free breakfast in the morning. It's your standard breakfast with freshly made waffles, cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, and yogurt and fruit. The waffles are great. The rooms are standard and can use a little updating in the bathrooms. Who stays in their room while in Vegas though?
