Hotel correcto, para ser un 4 *Superior, le faltaban algunos detalles en la habitación creo que están tan acostumbrados a que se alojen extranjeros que hemos visto al personal bien formados en ese papel. No quiero decir que no nos hayan tratado bien, simplemente trato correcto. Buen desayuno. Y la ubicación es perfecta..

The hotel is noisy (you ear very well all the rooms around you). Funny enough for a hotel, the pillows are very bad, and they cannot provide larger/better ones. I hope the room comes with a neck massage then. Did not appreciate the reception staff/ service ; in my opinion, they are not friendly nor acommodating :( Unfortunately, we are very disappointed and don’t recommend it at all.

Loved this hotel. Will stay again next time we are in Barcelona. Greeted with Cava on arrival and stayed for dinner to a live piano player that evening. Really lovely experience. Rooms were clean and spacious. Very impressed with the dinner. We weren't sure what to expect reading the menu but everything was delicious!

The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center so we could reach everything nicely within Walking distance. Friendly bar staff and excellent cocktails on the rooftop bar with a stunning view and a little pool to have a afternoon splash in the refreshing water.

Tiene una terraza bar, en el séptimo piso, con piscina. Lugar para ver parte de Barcelona desde las alturas, cócteles con sabor. Yo sólo he subido a tomar una buena copa.

A really nice hotel to stay at! The location is amazing, the breakfast was great and the view from the rooftop is incredible. A very good price/quality balance.

Gran descubrimiento, nos han encantado los Cockteles. Los camareros han sido súper amables. Precio por bebida 12€. Vistas espectaculares. Volveremos sin duda!!!

El peor sitio al que puedes ir en Barcelona. Un trato horrible, tanto que fue inexistente. Subimos a la terraza el viernes 20/08/2021 para tomar una copa y disfrutar de las vistas en su azotea, estuvimos más de 20min esperando a que nos atendiesen los camareros, a los cuales habíamos llamado en varias ocasiones tanto para que nos tomasen nota como para que limpiasen la mesa que no tenían todavía recogida de la gente que hubiese estado antes. Tras haber sido ignorados decidimos irnos. PD: Las vistas no merecen la pena porque hay un edificio más alto que lo tapa todo.

We payed extra for a room with a city view but this street view is all we got. They told us when we arrived that this is the best view.. nothing like the pictures on booking. The room was cold and very simple , nothing like what we booked.

We arrived at noon, now it is 4pm, we already changed two rooms and got a refund. We arrived, waited three hours for check in only to get a room that we didn’t pay for! Also, in the room the window was not working and could not be closed. After complaining, they have changed our room and gave us a room with the view on the inside of the hotel, with no exterior window, or fresh air! Our window (1st floor) was looking at the reception, creepy!!! After complaining (again) they offered us a refund, at 4pm in Barcelona, no other hotel reserved whatsoever. Moreover, they are hiding bad reviews on Booking, pictures are either photoshopped or fake, the pool is way too tiny, no sun-beds, rooms are super small, etc. Also, there are multiple reviews that the people are getting robbed, and that stuff is disappearing from the rooms. Hotel staff does not care about that, at all. Please stay away from this hotel. The worst hotel experience so far.

Nice people and nice rooms! But very unhelpful when I sought help. We were supposed to get a discount on the parking since we were guests at the hotel but since we have Peage we do not get a QR note this was explained to the receptionist but they still insisted to ignore. They could easily fix this with their partner but did not. I travel a lot to Barcelona and spend a lot of time via work but I will never put my feet in this hotel again

De 4 días que estuvimos, 2 la piscina cerrada. El primer día cuando llegamos estuvo cerrada de 13:00 a 18:00 y el último día cerrada de forma permanente por un rodaje. Eso sí primero cobraron todo y luego nos enteramos con una nota en el ascensor que no vamos a poder usar un servicio por el que habíamos pagado. La respuesta del personal fue lamentable. "Es lo que hay" y tras poner una queja y pasados unos días nos ofrecen un 20% en próximas visitas. Encima quieren que vuelva. Vergonzoso.
