“Bliss. That's what I said as I lay down after my shower. Quiet location in up market suburb. Our Executive room was clean and comfortable. Huge bed, spotless bathroom. Breakfast was OK. Very good value.”

“Localização ótima. Ganhei um upgrade para um quarto com cozinha e sofá, o que realmente me surpreendeu. Café da manhã ótimo, super completo, com o básico (ovos, frios, pães, frutas, café). No geral, staff atencioso. Entretanto, no nosso último dia tivemos um episódio super super super desagradável com o Julio, da cozinha. Ele gritou comigo e com meu marido após inserirmos um pão brioche na torradeira de pão de forma (pão este que não ficou preso nem danificou o aparelho; também não havia sinalização indicando que este tipo de pão não deveria ser inserido na máquina). Como se o constrangimento não houvesse sido suficiente, ele ainda debochou na nossa cara quando falamos que íamos fazer uma reclamação para a gerência do hotel - que realmente não nos ofereceu nenhuma cortesia e nem desculpas pela humilhação pública. Por este motivo, não volto e nem recomendo o hotel, afinal tratamento do cliente deve ser a prioridade de qualquer estabelecimento.”
