“Location in the center of Old San Juan, near to many restaurants rooms nice and clean and friendly staff no”

“Waste of points. The lobby and staff were nice but that’s where it ended. Loud, dirty and run down rooms. Moldy smelling hallways. An upgrade to a “balcony” room was a joke as you can’t even fit on the balcony. The headboard leather was torn. There was mold on the carpet by the balcony. There was a layer of dust on the bathroom shelves. Super disappointing and a total waste of my BonVOY points. We would have changed hotels but only stayed one night prior to departure from the airport.”
