O hotel é bom e tem uma excelente localização. É possível ir à pé para várias atrações e fica próximo a rodoviária. O quarto tem um bom tamanho e é limpo e confortável. O atendimento na recepção nem sempre é gentil. É possivel deixar a bagagem após fazer o check out mas isso tem um custo de 2 dólares americanos por volume.

Fechamos esse hotel por uma agência de turismo e só lemos os comentários depois da reserva fechada (um erro) vou até enumerar as coisas ruins pra ficar mais fácil. 1 - achamos o quarto muito pequeno mesmo para NY, a cama deixava meus tornozelos pra fora, pedimos pra trocar e atendente foi super grosseira e impaciente e negou que troca pudesse ser feita 2 - Nosso quarto (1512) era parede divida com um quarto familiar, e as crianças acordavam super cedo fazendo uma bagunça as 6 da manhã. 3 - Por falar em barulho o quarto ficava virado pra uma estação dos bombeiros a sirene parecia que estavam dentro do quarto até ai tudo bem o hotel não tem culpa, mas a camareira apesar de muito simpática BATIA na porta as 8 da manhã e mesmo depois de avisado que estávamos no quarto ainda batia outras vezes, ainda tinha o aspirador ligado no corredor as 8 da manhã tornando impossível dormir. 4 - Não tem frigobar nos quartos, tinha maquina de água e gelo no andar porém estava quebrada e não funcionava. 5 - Pra receber um pacote dos correios na portaria foi cobra uma tava de 2 dólares por pacote, pra deixar a mala guarda após o check-out também foi cobrado por 2 dólares por mala. 6 - O box do banheiro só tem tem vidro de um lado e cortina do outro, é impossível tomar banho sem molhar tudo.Pontos positivos são: Localização ficando a 200 metros da Times Square e teatros da Broadway, Wi-fi funciona bem.OBS: Se prepare para pagar 25 de dólares por noite de taxas, é avisado em um papel que entregam na chegada, mas não falam.

My my my this place is so full of lies when I booked the website told me they were deep cleaning and taking covid precautions etc. (Lie) The description for the room said a view was included (Lie). I attached pictures from outside my window.The sheets had stains and the closet had dead bugs (roaches). The family bathroom doesn't even come with a bathtub just a stand up shower without a door or curtain. I am more than mortified with my experience not to mention they accidently put a hold for $500 instead of $200 on my credit card. The elevators are small and you don't need a hotel key to get in one and ride it to whichever floor you want.how dangerous is that? being right near Times square and all. I tried to call to get information before I arrived and they were extremely rude over the phone.I got the family suite which was a bit pricey per night and after seeing how dirty and unkept it was I'm happy I didn't check in with my children I do not recommend this hotel at all I ended up staying at a different one.Heads up a refrigerator is included in all suites only but no microwave is included at all.Something to think about.Safe travels.

Nice clean room, nice staff, excellent price for the location. I left my charger and the nice lady held it for me the next day!!

Very friendly service from the front desk and Social Distancing was not a issue at all. I felt very safe and welcomed to The Gallivant Time Square. Might I suggest, with how nice the rooms are, perhaps it's time to upgrade to better televisions?

We went on November 28th and just reserved the room on a whim. But the service was excellent and rooms were beautifully maintained and cleaned. They even offered us a late check out as a courtesy because we checked in close to 5 pm. I would definitely stay here again.

The views were pretty nice with big windows and the room was very clean, which is very important for me. The breakfast isn’t that big but it was delicious. Of course the best part of this hotel is its location, less than 5 min walking from Times Square and from many subway stations. I am aware that prices can vary a lot, but the truth is that we got it for a very good price considering that it is a good 4-star hotel right in the middle of the touristic center. We would choose it again if we ever go back to the big city.

Este hotel tiene la ubicación perfecta, a dos minutos de times square y cerca de multiples entradas de metro. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, muy limpias y muy cómodas. La atención por parte del personal estupenda y el hotel en general es muy bonito.

Boa localização. Quarto pequeno. Serviço não condiz com os valores cobrados. Limpeza deixa a desejar.

Não possui controle do ar condicionado, muitas das vezes o mesmo não funcionava. A janela não abria, banheiro sem porta para o box (molha todo o chão). Atendimento deixa a desejar!

Muito bem localizado

Hospedei-me no mês de Junho 2019, em férias. Quarto não aconchegante. Banheiro sem recursos para dispor as roupas. Ar condicionado barulhento que nos obrigou a solicitar troca de quarto. E o que foi pior: uma taxa extra "URBAN FEE", de $ 34,42/pernoite, não informada por ocasião da reserva. Você é apanhado de surpresa no check out. Café da manhã "Continental", pouco mais que um brioche com manteiga por $ 17,36/pessoa. Um verdadeiro assalto!

quarto é muito pequeno, o banheiro tem apenas metade do box, por isso quando se toma banho o banheiro inteiro fica molhado.Em um único dia de chuva apareceram várias goteiras dentro do banheiro, liguei para recepção, me falaram que mandariam alguém e não mandaram, no dia posterior, já com sol, as goteiras retornaram e notei que a água parecia vir do vaso sanitário do quarto acima, e também que vertia água do chão, as goteiras eram tantas que parte da tinta com o gesso do teto começou a cair.

Todo muy bien, limpiavam el cuarto todos los días, muy atenciosos. El aire un poco ruidoso pero como llegavamos cansados de andar no molestava, ademas se puede apagar. Los ascensores funcionan bien aunq en un rasca cielos tienes que esperar un poco, nada de otro mundo. Regalan botellitas de água todos los dias, todo perfecto la verdad. Después de haber visto algunos comentarios tenia dudas pero volvería otra vez. La localización es de las mejores, al lado de time square.

Buena limpieza,al lado del centro. Pocos ascensores y en nuestra estancia uno se rompió y en la semana no lo arreglaron. Escaleras de emergencia con escalones muy estrechos y una cosa que no entendimos es los carros de la limpieza en el pasillo entorpeciendo que si tienes que salir corriendo te lo llevas. Y por lo menos desde nuestra habitación (6°planta) se oye toda la noche como un compresor de aire acondicionado ( y no es el nuestro)

En cuanto a ubicación está bastante bien pero... Bastantes cosas negativas, empezando por que me dieron una habitación con muchísimo ruido del exterior por culpa de sus propias máquinas de aire acondicionado/calefacción. La calefacción no funcionaba en la habitación, y las ventanas no cerraban correctamente por las cuales entraba aire frío. El suelo estaba bastante sucio se polvo y pelusas. Durante dos días seguidos me levantaba y me encontraba cucarachas en el baño, lo cual dije en recepción. La colcha de la cama estaba sucia, con una mancha amarilla...que daba poca sensación de higiene. El colchón de la habitación bastante pequeño para dos personas y en unas condiciones bastante lamentables. El personal del hotel la verdad que bastante antipático.

La ubicación del hotel es estupenda. La mujer de recepción Sunny nos asistió a mi mujer y a mi (era nuestra luna de miel) en todo lo que necesitamos. Destaco positivamente sobretodo la ubicación (al lado de Times Square) y la amabilidad y predisposición del personal (Sunny y también Azís que nos hizo el check-in). Lo único negativo para mi el baño un poco pequeño pero cuenta con todo lo necesario.
