“TRAVELERS DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL!! VERY BAD ROOMS, DIRTY AND THE WORST STAFF. I HAVE BOOKED THE ROOM ONLINE BECAUSE THE LOCATION - VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH BUT UNFORTUNATELY ONCE I GOT THERE FOR MY SURPRISE THE WHOLE PLACE IS FALLEN APART. THE ROOMS ARE OLD WITH A SMELL, BAD SHOWERS & BEDS. I TRYED TO MAKE A COMPLAIN WITH THE MANAGER BUT THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THE CITY OF COPACABANA ALLOW THIS HOTEL TO STILL IN BUSINESS. THIS PLACE IS A HAZMAT MATERIAL WAITING FOR SOMETHING BAD TO HAPPEN. PLEASE CHECK OUT FOR YOURSELF BEFORE DOING RESERVATIONS ONLINE.”
