“The staff was beyond friendly, courteous and helpful! We had my 85yo grandfather with us and they were so helpful in making sure he had a room he could get his electric cart in and out! Helped us print our broadway tickets… overall the rooms were pretty good, very close to everything, it was less than a 10 minute walk to right dead center time square. Rooms were very clean and there was an elevator for anyone who needed it.”
