“If it weren't for staff member Mario, I'd give it 1 star. He was great! Now the details... For my whole stay they only had 1 elevator working and the hotel was at capacity. They provided 2 towels...not a wash or face cloth. Good thing I brought loofah's. When we checked in, they put emphasis that we could not get makeup or anything on our towels otherwise we'd be responsible for the cost to replace them. They don't offer towels to take to the beach. There is store conveniently located across the street.”
