We were greeted at the front desk with enthusiastic workers. We were upgraded and recommended to a different room that we had reserved. The cleaning staff was perfect. Beatrix restaurant was on point for breakfast, coffee and juice concoctions. The entire Aloft staff was cheerful, happy to help and always a pleasure. We will be staying here again!!

I stayed here for one night last Saturday and was excited because it looked like a nice hotel from the images I saw. When checking in, the vibe was just right and it appeared clean. I was soon disappointed when we had gone up to our room. We checked in an hour after our check in time and the room still hadn’t been cleaned. The bed was messy, there were used tissues, masks, and toilet paper lying around, the room itself was dirty, had used towels laying around, as well as urine still in the toilet... I paid a decent amount for a one night stay and this is what I got upon arrival. They Aloft staff was nice enough to offer me a different room, though I was still disappointed. I had to go back up to the room because we left our luggage in there, move all of it to another room, and was late for a dinner reservation. For a hotel that asks you to wear a mask at all times while walking around due to covid (which I have no problem with), walking into a dirty, uncleaned room didn’t align with their covid protocol in my opinion. Overall, it was a nice hotel. I was just disappointed with my experience.

Absolutely no help checking in. Offer room service...none. the restaurant wanted to charge me an uncorking fee.. for a guest of the hotel? The desk person FORGOT to call our car that was meeting us at the airport. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. NO CUSTOMER OR GUEST SERVICE.

Easy to find, easy to park. Very friendly staff. Excellent room. Great view from the 10th floor. Enjoyed my stay.

This place has so much to offer strategically placed in the room, in the hotel, and location of the hotel. Our room was facing west, so the sunset view was gorgeous overlooking some of the great outdoor restaurants below. I took a few hotel pics because everything was so clean, new, and works amazingly (excuse my son…) If you’re looking for somewhere to eat, the hotel offers a map of several surrounding great places!! Beatrix is a must for breakfast and we loved India House! But there are several options within the area within short walking distance. I wish we would have known about this hotel prior to our trip, we would’ve stayed here instead of hotel hopping at last minute. That was another plus, valet parking, staff, everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful. Made the last minute stuff seem effortless. Really happy with this hotel, will def. recommend!

If anybody is searching for bargain deals for hotel rooms go to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a resort on there and they had the absolute best prices worldwide! My fiancée and I always try to stay in a Aloft hotel whenever we visit. The prices are fair, and the rooms are comfortable without sacrificing modern appeal. I guess you can say that this hotel is the first we check to see if there’s any availability in the city

This is a very nice hotel in a bustling part of chicago. Many things are within walking distance. The rooms are modern as well as the restroom and shower. The coffee shop downstairs is also good. Parking was very annoying and we had to find a garage 10 minutes away. If you want an awesome place to get a drink, check out 3 dots and a dash nearby.

A trendy kind of place. Very modern efficient room. Freindly and courteous staff. And a good bar and restaurant. All at affordable prices and conveniently located near the Mart and plenty of restaurants around

Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was awesome. Was not disappointed in the food at all. My one complaint is we had reserved a room with two queen beds. (Through a third party). Called the hotel a week out to confirm and was told that yes we did have a room with two queens. However when we checked in we were told that all they had was a King and if we wanted to change to a queen the next day that could accommodate us then. So when we reserved for two queens where did they go?

The website is misleading. The staff is dishonest. Thereâs no valet. They booked 100% capacity during a pandemic (even though when I called and asked they told me 50%) throw the whole staff away...
