“The architecture was revolutionary and avant- garde when the hotel was build.
A nice painting of Tamayo decorates one of the walls.
There is a nice fragrance which perfumes the main lobby.
It is a huge complex with long and endless hallways.
Too many steps are on the way to the reception
The restaurant at the hotel offers a nice breakfast buffet and menu.
Unfortunately, we had to wait quite a long time when we arrived at midnight to get our room. Only two receptionists were working at that time and we had to wait quite a long time for our turn.
We were given a room where we could hear a loud music coming from a night club on the other side of the street.
We immediately asked to change room and our request was granted.
The room was quite spacious. There was a small toothpaste tube with the bathroom amenities.
No coffee in the room unless you ask for a coffee machine and pay for the pods.
If you are looking for a romantic place: this is not the right hotel!”

“I stayed in this hotel from July 14 to July 20. I booked two rooms. The hotel is in a good location and the rooms and some of the services were at a good level.
However, one of the rooms I booked was a master suite bu, when I checked in I was given room 1618, which was smaller and was not even a junior suite. Reason why I complained in the front desk. I was told that all master suites were taken for the night and that I will get one the following night.
I agreed however I requested a discount on the original rate. The hotel agreed. However, they ended up charging me more money than the original reservation.
Additionally, in the extra room that I book for my companions the shower did not properly work.”
