Tão básico de um Hampton quanto possível. Limpe o suficiente. O café da manhã é o padrão de ovos em pó e salsicha de borracha. Eles têm máquina de waffle. Corredores aparentemente não têm ar condicionado, e apenas um elevador (o outro está quebrado) localização muito estranha em um shopping center.

As basic of a Hampton as it gets.Clean enough. Breakfast is the standard powdered eggs and rubber sausage.They do have waffle maker.Hallways apparently have no ac, and only one elevator (the other one is broken) very wierd location in a strip mall.

Desde o momento em que entrei, fui recebido com um sorriso de Charlie, tratado como um membro diamante. Ela forneceu água, eu pedi os andares mais altos, mas não havia quartos disponíveis, mas foi fornecido um quarto tranquilo e agradável. Os quartos são muito limpos, o hotel fica perto de tudo que você precisa. Durante a minha estadia de 4 dias e 3 noites, lidei apenas com Charlie e ela foi tremenda. Útil com restaurantes locais e tal. Eu recomendaria ficar aqui e voltaria.

Meu namorado e 2 de nossos amigos viajaram para Baltimore para o jogo de futebol do Arsenal no fim de semana passado. Tínhamos originalmente reservado um hotel diferente e, depois de dirigir 7 1/2 horas, paramos e eles estavam permanentemente fechados e não nos informaram antes. Quando olhei on-line, disse que o Hampton Inn estava lotado, mas ainda assim decidi ligar para um quarto. Ricardo conseguiu nos dar o último quarto disponível e seu atendimento ao cliente depois de ouvir sobre nosso problema foi melhor do que o esperado. Ashley P, que trabalha na recepção, foi igualmente incrível! Ela fez o check-in e o check-out sem problemas, nos deu sugestões de comida quando solicitado e foi honestamente a alma mais doce após nossa manhã horrível. Seu nível de profissionalismo e compaixão foi de primeira linha e o Hampton Inn tem a sorte de ter alguém que se preocupa tanto com os hóspedes que trabalham para eles. O quarto era ótimo, boas opções para o café da manhã e uma equipe incrível. Com certeza ficaria novamente!

My boyfriend and 2 of our friends traveled to Baltimore for the Arsenal soccer game this past weekend. We had originally booked a different hotel and after driving 7 1/2 hours we pulled up and they were permanently closed and did not inform us prior. When I looked online it said that Hampton Inn was fully booked but I still decided to call for a room. Ricardo was able to get us the last room available and his customer service after hearing of our issue was better than could be expected. Ashley P who works the front desk was equally as amazing! She checked us in and out with no issues, gave us food suggestions when asked and was honestly just the sweetest soul after our horrible morning. Her level of professionalism and compassion was top tier and Hampton Inn is lucky to have someone who cares so much for guests working for them. The room was great, good choices for morning breakfast and an amazing staff. Would definitely stay again!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile from Charlie, treated as a diamond member. She provided water, I did ask for the higher floors but the no rooms were available, but was provided a nice quite room. The rooms are very clean, hotel is close to everything you need. During my 4 day 3 nights stay I have only dealt with Charlie and she has been tremendous. Helpful with local restaurants and such. I would recommend staying here and would come back.

De longe, o pior Hampton Inn em que já fiquei em mais de 20 anos como membro do Hilton Honors (Diamond). Este hotel reduz a marca Hilton no geral. Este hotel faz parte/anexado a um shopping center e é antigo e datado. Tapetes sujos e reparos de retalhos em todos os lugares. Zero amenidades..sem piscina ou sala de ginástica. O café-da-manhã continental é um sub par. Eles nem oferecem suco de laranja e seus ovos e batatas estavam gelados às 6h20. Pessoal hostil. Hilton, por favor, deixe este hotel como franqueado se você valoriza sua marca!

Estávamos na área para um funeral. O recepcionista quando chegamos foi rápido para nos dar recomendações para restaurantes locais que poderíamos desfrutar, e para ver se precisávamos de algo para a nossa estadia. Nós apreciamos completamente o nosso tempo lá, mesmo que a ocasião fosse difícil. Todos os funcionários que conhecemos foram muito gentis e encorajadores e recomendamos este hotel.

By far the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in over 20 years of being a Hilton Honors member (Diamond.) This hotel brings the Hilton brand down overall. This hotel is part of/attached to a strip mall and is old and dated. Dingy carpets and patchwork repairs everywhere. Zero amenities..no pool or workout room. The continental breakfast is a sub par. They don’t even offer orange juice and their eggs and potatoes were ice cold at 6:20 AM. Unfriendly staff. Hilton, please drop this hotel as franchisee if you value your brand!

We were in the area for a funeral. The desk clerk when we checked in was quick to give us recommendations for local restaurants that we might enjoy, and to see if we needed anything at all for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there even if the occasion was difficult. All the staff we met was very kind and encouraging and we highly recommend this hotel.

Se a classificação fosse baseada na equipe, eu teria dado um 5. A recepcionista do check-in foi muito simpática e as senhoras que ajudaram no serviço de café da manhã foram ótimas. O café-da-manhã em si foi consideravelmente inferior aos padrões de Hampton eu cresci acostumado. Este local não tem literalmente nenhuma comodidade (academia, piscina, etc.), e fica em um ambiente suburbano no meio de um estacionamento de shopping center sem vista... A propriedade é bastante datada, degradada e tem odores de mofo. A maior parte do estacionamento na parte traseira está sujeita a estar perto das lixeiras pútridas que estavam abertas os 3 dias inteiros em que estivemos lá (coberturas abertas e sem cerca de paisagismo). A boa notícia é que parece que a remodelação pode estar em andamento, pelo menos no andar de baixo. Se não forem feitas melhorias físicas, não consigo imaginar um hóspede querendo voltar a este lugar após sua primeira estadia.

If the rating were based on the staff, I would have given a 5. The check-in receptionist was very friendly and the ladies assisting with breakfast service were great. The breakfast itself was considerably lower than Hampton standards I've grown accustomed to. This location has literally no amenities (gym, pool, etc.), and is in a suburban setting in the middle of a shopping center parking lot with no views... so it's only a place to lie your head for 8 hours. The property is fairly dated, run-down and has musty odors. Most of the parking in the rear is subject to being near the putrid dumpsters that were open the whole 3 days we were there (covers open & no landscaping enclosure fence). Good news is it appeared remodeling may be in the process, at least downstairs. If no physical improvements are made, I could not imagine a guest wanting to return to this place after their first stay.

No geral, uma ótima experiência. A equipe é atenciosa e amigável. Limpo e bom café da manhã. A única reclamação é que o interior precisa de alguma atualização. Acho que é por isso que as taxas são tão boas. Um monte de amenidades ao redor. Alvo, bons restaurantes, uma grande variedade de bancos.

Overall a great experience. The staff is helpful and friendly. Clean and good breakfast. The only complaint is that the interior needs some updating. I think that's why the rates are so good. A lot of surrounding amenities. Target, good restaurants, a wide variety of banks.

Siempre me gusto este Hotel, pero hoy en el desayuno, el jugo de naranja, era solo un color, no sabia a nada,parecía agua y en la tostada me toco un mosquito, realmente estoy decepcionada,estuve en la habitación 313...llegué con mi sobrino...el Sr Torres,que se hospedó en 1 habitación del 4to piso 1era.vez que vengo a este Estado y decepcionada del desayuno del Hotel
