“The BadWifi was down the first 2 nights there. Many spots in the ceiling with water damage.Room door keys don't work on the first try, requiring you to swipe many times to let you in.The indoor pool isn't heated and unusable if its below 70 degrees out.The rooms are only cleaned once a week on Wednesday or when you check out.You will hear every sound in the hallway, no sound proofing. The GoodComp Breakfast was good.If you need comp stuff or anything, the staff is very nice and accommodating. Will contact taxi drivers and other services for you if you request them too.ConclusionI prob would've stayed else where.Don't know how much to complain though. It was very cheap but i guess you get what you pay for.

“To start off, the room was clean which is the most important part. Beyond that, the service is terrible. As usual, they don't provide daily housekeeping -- for your safety, of course -- but they also don't really want to think about how to best take care of guests in their efforts to save money. Would it be so difficult to put extra towels and shampoo in the room? Would it be so difficult to at least add extra hooks in the room if you want to at least try to reuse a towel? Would it be so difficult to have housekeeping at least drop off fresh towels and another 1oz bottle of shampoo daily? Parking is $7 per day. No, you're not staying at a downtown location where charging for parking would be expected. You're staying in a suburban area where they just want to charge you for parking. Six floor hotel and two elevators -- one of them was broken. I went to check in at 2:15 which was earlier than check-in.  They said the room wasn't ready.  That's fine.  I asked what time the room will be ready which I figured they would tell me the standard check in time.  Sometimes it's 3 and sometimes it's 4.  She mumbles "It just depends on when the rooms get done."  She finally says "3" but she continues to mumble the entire time and finally says it clear enough for someone to understand.  Is saying, "I'm sorry but the room isn't ready but it will be by 3PM" really that hard?”
