“Very expensive for a hotel that has old raggedy bed linens and it looks nothing like the photos. The photos make the rooms and amenities look so nice and vibrant. My room was dank and everything was old. Carpet was wrinkled and smelled moldy. The pool area looks amazing in the photos but in person it's pretty lackluster. I should have stayed at Holiday Inn Express. At least they have coffee in your room and free breakfast. The breakfast at the Kimpton was about the same quality as HIE and relatively overpriced, even accounting for the inflated room price. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind paying 300 bucks a night for a room but I get better rooms at 300 in a lot of other cities. I book IHG Hotels almost exclusively so I'm not knocking their brand. Just this particular hotel.”

“The hotel is amazing. The front desk representatives were professional and welcoming. The Arena is very spacious and does give quite the view. The chefs are also great and accommodating. Our food tasted so amazing. We had a great time! Planning to go back!”
