“Jennifer at the front desk was so pleasant to speak with, and helped us with a handful of booking issues we had. She quickly had us checked into a clean room with a pack and play we had requested. The shower was hot with plenty of pressure and we slept great. The coffee and breakfast selection was decent. Great job to the staff!”
