Não há muitos lugares para comer, muitos restaurantes estão fechados, parecia que estávamos em um hotel deserto. Alot foi retirado nos outros andares onde não há quartos. Fomos capazes de caminhar e ir a qualquer lugar que queríamos, o que é assustador se tivéssemos crianças vagando por aí. O chuveiro não esquentava, o controle remoto da TV está quebrado, a fechadura da porta está caindo, a temperatura não fica abaixo de 66, não mascarava nada. eles estavam pintando, a banheira está subindo pelo ralo, a academia não abre até as 8, apenas um hotel muito antigo, sem slots.

Ficamos 5 minutos e depois saímos! O quarto era nojento, tinha manchas em todos os lugares, no tapete, na cama, em todos os lugares. Então, nós verificamos os lençóis, percevejos rastejantes vivos!!! Saímos assim que pudemos. Eles foram gentis e nos deram o nosso reembolso, mas eu nunca ficaria aqui. Já passou da hora de remodelar/atualizar ou, melhor ainda, apenas derrubá-lo. Acabamos indo para Oceans ao lado. Aquele lugar era incrível e altamente recomendado, e por quase o mesmo preço.

We stayed for 5 minutes and then we were out! The room was gross, it had stains every where, the carpet, the bed, everywhere. Then, we checked the sheets, Live Crawling Bed Bugs!!! We left as soon as we could. They were gracious and gave us our refund, but I would never stay here. It's way past time to remodel/update or better yet just tear it down. We ended up going to Oceans next door. That place was awesome and highly recommended, and for close to the same price.

Not many places to eat, alot of the restaurants are closed down,, felt like we were in a deserted hotel. Alot was taken out on the other floors where there are no rooms. We were able to just walk and go anywhere we wanted which is scary if we had kids wandering around. The shower wouldn't get hot, our TV remote is broken, the lock on our door is falling off, the temp doesn't go below 66, didn't mask of anything whe. they were painting, tub is coming up by drain, gym doesn't open till 8, just a very dated hotel, no slots.

Helpful first rate Staff, Clean room, Great hotel atmosphere. Game room and bar a plus, 1minute walk to the Hardrock Casino. Our stay for the Motorcycle Convention was awesome!

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. It was disgusting and dirty the bed's sank in in the middle. The lights were broke there's no buttons on the phone the locks on the front door are broke off they switched me from 3 different rooms and still was ignorant to me with each change. If you can by any means do not stay in this nasty hotel.I am a nurse a first responder who decided after working sometimes as many as 90 hours a week tried to take a couple days away and this is how I was treated. It is totally unacceptable.

The Showboat is reinventing itself and so far the changes are positive. The Lucky Snake Arcade and Sports Bar is a fun addition and you can take up residence there which allows you to access all the amenities. I hope they continue to be creative in their approach to revitalizing an AC landmark.

Esta revisão não é sobre a minha estadia. Tivemos a chance de descer e conferir o novo Lucky Snake Arcade. Eu tenho gêmeos de 4 anos e não há nenhum lugar real no calçadão para os pais trazerem seus filhos até agora. Eles tiveram o melhor tempo. Grande seleção de jogos e bebidas. Mas o que tornou nossa experiência ainda melhor foi a equipe. O gerente veio para ver como estávamos e se certificou de que meus filhos estavam bem cuidados. Cristal foi incrível. Ela garantiu que meus filhos estivessem se divertindo durante a noite. Ela até apareceu uma vez e recarregou um jogo que meus filhos estavam jogando. Não posso dizer o suficiente sobre este lugar e sua equipe maravilhosa.

This review is not about my stay. We had the chance to go downstairs and check out the new Lucky Snake Arcade. I have 4 year old twins and there is no real place on the boardwalk for parents to bring their kids until now. They had the best time. Great selection of games and drinks. But what made our experience even better was the staff. The manager came over to see how we were doing and made sure my kids were taken care of. Cristal was hands down amazing. She made sure my kids were having a good time throughout the night. She even came over at one time and reloaded a game that my kids were playing. Can't say enough about this place and your wonderful staff.

I only stayed for one evening, but the room was impeccably clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Some of the areas of the hotel need to be updated and it was a little confusing as to what restaurants were opened. We just walked over to the Hard Rock and had a meal there. One thing worth mentioning is that the head board on my bed had a hole, a little smaller than a quarter, I noticed it after I came back to the room to finally go to sleep for the night. Of course, this did not impede with me having a restful stay, nonetheless it was there (I took photos) and I am sure that I will not be charged for something that was there before I ever entered the room.

I visited here October 2021 for the cannabis convention, and it kinda sucked. Some of it wasn't showboats fault, the convention itself was lackluster. It's filthy on the walk from the parking lot to the main building. One guy was out there sweeping up cigarette butts randomly. Hopefully, he was employed there. Once in, it's comfortable. The interior is worn and due for some renovation. The staff for the showboat we're great, friendly and helpful. However, the venue was $30 a ticket, and staff didn't do a very good job at checking for lanyards. At one point, it seemed like just anyone could stroll through. It made me wonder why I paid, when I could've just gotten in for free for the same experience. I've been to expos and conventions in A.C. before, this was my first at the showboat. I'm gonna think twice about attending anything here in the future.

Mala atencionmal sevicio caro estuve 3 dias 2 noches nadie vino a limpiar aparte caro , el personal mal preparado. Ninguna de las personas que nos atendieron dieron soluciones a nuestros inconvenientes, negligentes, despotas, demasido Mala su attention.A este hotel le Daria una calificacion de 0, no lo recomiendo , ni volveria, me siento defraudado y estafado

Our son loved, it except half of the nostalgia games are down! I'd love to play Asteroids again! It was down! Why 5 stars? I gave our son $50 to go to the arcade @ Showboat. My wife n I got to start building points towards getting comps @ Oceans! It was the best $50 I've spent in AC!

Loved my stay at the Showboat! The hotel has a great location on the boardwalk. The arcade located in the building was a great time filler during bad weather. The architecture and style of the lobby and rooms was beautiful. Room itself was comfortable and clean. I would definitely book again to enjoy a longer stay!

This place is spectacular, and the service you receive while staying here is fantastic. The employees are very friendly as well as extremely helpful. We stayed during renovations, without physically seeing the construction and workers you would have not have even known. The gym in this place is the next level so if you like to take care of your body this is the place for you. Pet friendly which is always a plus and they were super accommodating for my group which was 3 adults 2 dogs and 2 rooms. The views here are amazing. I will be back to A.C early and often and I will stay here as much as I can

Muy lindo el Hotel, el servicio al cliente fue bueno, lo que si encontre diferente, que pude ver animales, (perros) hospedados en el hotel, y hay alfombras por todos lados y no huele animal. Pero crro k tdndran cuartos separados, yo estaba en el piso 20 con una vista al mar, preciosa. Hay que pagar por parqueo, $12.00 USD y $15.99 USD si permites que te guarden el carro por ti. La comida es mucho mejor fuera de los hoteles, y mucho mas economic, se puede llegar a todo lugar caminando, dependiendo donde quieras ir.

Terrible... el olor a marijuana por todos lados es asqueroso se mete en la habitaciones ... llamamos a la recepcion y no responden nunca y llamamos al hotel y la respuesta fue que no pueden hacer nada... no recomiendo este hotel para nadaaaa... el olor empieza desde la recepcion... que asco de hotel...

Es bueno la habitacion es muy simple lo malo esque solo hay elevadores no hay ascensores y ahora con lo del virus hay que hacer fila y se tarda mucho para coger el elevador la piscina es pequeña y el agua esta sucia los cristales de la habitación no esque esten muy limpios las habitacones son viejas los pomos de la puerta se salen hay puertas que faltan y la televisión es muy antigua y el metodo de luz no esque sea muy bueno depende de la gente que toque de vecino es depende de tu opinión aveces te toca con los que fuman marihuana y aveces con gente sana los elevadores son viejos y no esque funcionen muy bien y la mayoria de gente que esta en el hotel es gente morena que hace ruido o que fuma
