Great decor and location, staff app super friendly and professional, room comfortable. Our room was really warm for the first night. housekeeping came to our room, no biggie except that we needed towels. Otherwise, no complaints.

I liked the location as I like to be a bit outside of the main area, but there were still restaurant options around. Staff were fantastic. The breakfast was good - nice to have hot options and coffee was available through most of the day.

Good location and staff were extremely nice and so helpful with everything. Room was nicely set up and decor was nice but cleanliness was subpar. I found hair in a few places after the room was cleaned as well as stains on side of the nightstand that I wiped away myself.

The room was nice and spacious. My room was nice and quiet and faced the pool area. My sister's room, faced the outer bldg where loud music, subwoofers and people were soooo loud!!! It went on all night plus early morning. Staff was just okay.

What we liked best were its location, the free breakfast, and it was clean, quiet and professional. Things I wasn't so excited about were the size/configuration of the King Suite that we stayed in. Just the two of us with 4 bags had a bit of a hard time finding places to put things and bags, without having to step over things. It was a little small.

Super clean and easy walking to the Superdome Hated the $35/day parking fee, but at least my car was safe in a locked deck.

good location for a different new orleans scene away from bourbon st. walkable to french quarter if you don't mind walking (about 20 mins), but most will probably prefer a car. typical generic marriott property, kinda suburban feel. hot and cold water are backwards in shower, kinda confusing (construction defect). room 431.

The hotel staff was amazing, from the valet attendants, the front desk staff, and the housekeeping attendants. All of the staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The location of the hotel was perfect too. We had a great stay !

Very nice, upscale, great location Valet parking, nice breakfast, and friendly staff Shower door (sliding type) would not stay closed!! Had to wedge a washcloth in the door to keep it shut.

I absolutely loved it! The staff is very helpful and kind. The location is great. You can walk to French Quarter and other landmarks but are far enough from the noise. The area around the hotel has great food and shopping.
