“The hotel is well kept. The food is good. Located in a nice part of town with good restaurants and nice supermarkets within a couple blocks. Rooms are nice, however the bed was mediocre. Hotel refused to acknowledge my Diamond Member status since the room was booked through my company...frustrating! Staff is polite and friendly but don't expect extras as common sense is not common among staff.”
