The best HILTON brand hotel I have stayed at in the entire country!! Lindsey and her staff are the best! I recommend you get the Hilton Honors app as you can communicate with the staff through messaging before arriving at the hotel. When I needed extra towels or shampoo, they brought it up to my room promptly. Beautiful historic hotel while the rooms are modern and spacious. This is a 5 STAR HOTEL! Also, Malinda from breakfast and the chef are THE BEST! Super friendly and happy folks and the chef makes the best omelettes ever! Will be staying here again for sure!

Stayed here last night for a wedding in downtown Indy. Very good location right off monument circle. Really cool building with a gorgeous lobby. Easy valet parking, just pull right up in front. The staff was very friendly, fulfilled every request with a smile. It was my first time using the Hilton app to check in. Was able to pick what room I wanted and use my phone as a key, very cool feature. My only complaint was that the beds seemed a bit worn out, I kinda fell into the middle of the bed. I tend to prefer a firmer bed but overall I slept decently. Overall, really great value for a hotel in downtown Indy. I will stay here again when I’m in town next!

SUPER clean. Comfy beds. Hot water with good pressure. Friendly, accommodating staff. Great location with many restaurants, stores, bars, etc within walking distance. Parking garage less than half a block away and half the price of hotel parking. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms were big enough. Very nice and clean. Bed was to close to the bathroom. The hidden mirror closet was a cool touch. Ironing board was cheap and bent. Should be a water cooler next to the ice machine. Staff was GREAT! They answered all of questions and even allowed us to hold our bags while walked the around downtown. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼

The valets are top notch. Very personable, friendly and extremely accommodating. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. A bit dated, but overall comfy. The fact that they charge for the breakfast buffet that would be free at most other hotels as ridiculous. If it's going to be a buffet, make it better than what you can get at any other hotel anywhere else. Nothing new, nothing exciting and the staff in the breakfast area was extremely rude. Off putting and overall unpleasant. I've worked in food service for a long time. Won't eat there again.

I just can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel and the staff that makes it wonderful. My family visited Indy for a very important meeting and celebration. The staff surprised us with an over the top, wonderful celebration gift! I have never, in my 53 years, been treated so well at any hotel. Above and beyond just begins to describe our stay. Thank you to the staff for making our stay the cherry on top of our trip!
