Hotel staff attempted to enter my room at night without knocking or calling because they were looking for a cord. I left a complaint and received a free drink voucher. My privacy was invaded and I’m supposed to be happy with a free drink. The room was outdated, chipping paint on the toilet seat. Terrible. Won’t be staying there again

I reserved a suite and called the day before to verify what time check in was. I was told check in starts at 1230 but to be safe they say 3pm. So get there at 330. Go to the desk to check in to be told they had problems with house keeping and no rooms were available and they didn't know when they would be. So then I ask when should we come to check in and they say they don't know. There was another lady that was also waiting and being told the same thing. So we leave to come back later. 6 pm comes around and we go to check in and we are told the room is ready and they were sorry because we were misinformed about our room as it was ready the whole time and we didn't have to wait. Was told I would get some type of discount or refund and none of that ever happened for inconveniencing me and my whole family and the room was prepaid for. Ridiculous and poor business. I thought it was the Hilton. I know where not to go next time.

The service when we walked in was spot on. Informative and kind. Checkout using the app was a breeze. Breakfast was until 10am, longer than other places I’ve stayed so thats a plus. Awesome place.

Would have given 5 stars but there was a mix up in rooms, not very many tv/ movie options and the room was cold despite the heat being set at 79°, we are however very thankful for Daniel and the lovely lady trainings help. Even though due to an event going on they were booked, they both tried so hard to fix both issues. I definitely would recommend The Hilton Garden Inn for a nice relaxing evening away or a weekend, very welcoming atmosphere and friendly helpful staff!

This hotel is located in a good location, if you're looking to lodge relatively near the airport. The staff was fantastic, nothing but good things to say about every staff member I interacted with the entire weekend we stayed. One issue encountered during our stay were was the hot tub in the pool is COMICALLY small, rated for only five people. The other item to call out is that the breakfast buffet was a separate paid expense and not a part of the room price, which I feel should be a bit more visible in the booking process. I don't personally feel that the breakfast options provided were worth an additional ~$12/person, when you compare to an average provided 'continental breakfast' you may get at most hotels. There should have been more variety, considering they had a person working cooking their kitchen - no waffles or pancakes, didn't have any breakfast sausage but did have two different types of breakfast potatoes.

Charged extra for breakfast and barley had any food out only had waffles or apples and they charged an extra $10 a person. Pool also had no towels every time we were in there. Also a Pain in the butt...
