“Cancelled our room less than a month out for our trip on one of the busiest weekends in Charleston. I booked months ago at a great rate. Now we have no lodgings and all the prices are double and triple what we were paying. I suspect they did this to re-book the room at a much more expensive rate than what we were set to pay. They did not try to accommodate us in any other way. Very unfortunate situation”

“They canceled the reservations, that we made in over 8 months ago, due to hurricane damage at the hotel. The cancellation was done last minute and we were on a cruise with no way of making new reservations. They made no effort to help with other accommodations at their other locations or any other hotels in the area. While hurricane damage is out of their control, the customer service they provided to us under the circumstances was very bad and inconsiderate. I would not recommend staying here for that reason.”
