“If the rating were based on the staff, I would have given a 5. The check-in receptionist was very friendly and the ladies assisting with breakfast service were great. The breakfast itself was considerably lower than Hampton standards I've grown accustomed to. This location has literally no amenities (gym, pool, etc.), and is in a suburban setting in the middle of a shopping center parking lot with no views... so it's only a place to lie your head for 8 hours. The property is fairly dated, run-down and has musty odors. Most of the parking in the rear is subject to being near the putrid dumpsters that were open the whole 3 days we were there (covers open & no landscaping enclosure fence). Good news is it appeared remodeling may be in the process, at least downstairs. If no physical improvements are made, I could not imagine a guest wanting to return to this place after their first stay.”
