“Due to a canceled flight 7/25/22 ✈️ I was left in a bind but my night was made better by the service, energy and accommodations provided by Pierre once I arrived. I called in advance to request the shuttle pick up a door 115 and the driver was friendly and arrived promptly. Pierre also advised on the best way to book a room. My room was immaculate and on a high floor - 10. I’m eager to try the buffet breakfast and see the lounge in the morning. It’s almost 1am I’m writing this review now as a testament to the front desk team with Pierre being a standout!”

“A little run down. I wanted to take a bath, but my tub had stuff peeling on the bottom of it which didn't seem right. I wish the bar had hard cider or something other than beer and hard liquor! Breakfast buffet was good and well stocked. Lounge leaves a little to be desired. Staff was great. We loved Crystal!”
