It is a very basic hotel, cold pool, it only has a small terrace enabled for clients, there is no spa, there are no free bottles of water available in the room. The only valuable thing is the view and the staff’s affability.

Para el status que se piensa, no se preocupan si te llega o no la alimentación. No hay elecciones de menú ya que si no ingestas lo que te llevan simplemente lo debes dejar pasar y aguantar el hambre nada más, nunca andan con más alternativas como café, jugos, bebidas, te de hiervas o agua sino que ofrecen solo agua mineral y depende la suerte puede ser con o sin gas; hay personas que después de una comida ingerimos líquidos calientes pero acá no veo ese detalle. Osea al parecer te dan lo que quieren, el servicio es pagado pero parace ser que solo quieren ver reflejados ingresos. Estoy desconforme, existen otras alternativas insignificantemente más economicas pero que sí son muy preocupados de los pasajeros. Antenoche cómo primer día tuve que llamar siendo casi las 23:00 para preguntar si había cena u once, hoy estando pasado el mediodía no llegó desayuno. La pregunta es: ¿Tendrán un encargado de ésta área de logística que se preocupe realmente de los pasajeros?. Creo que no y creo que no les interesa saber si estás a gusto ya que se ve que el objetivo es sólo lucrar.

Excelente hotel muy cómodo y bien ubicado, las vistas de la habitación son muy hermosas. La atención y actitud del equipo del hotel de primera, muy proactivo y atentos a cualquier requerimiento. Sector dónde puedes acceder a diversos y variados lugares para comer o comprar.

Very nice place to stay - didn't really explore the area near the hotel but it was easy to get an Uber and explore Santiago. The rooms were big and the hotel was very modern.

Hotel muito bom, mas não excelente. Pelo alto preço, poderia ser melhor. Decoração de bom gosto, local acessível, café da manhã bem completo, bonita vista, quarto espaçoso... mas pelo preço não convém. Valor alto. Com certeza existe hotel tão bom quanto, ou ainda melhor, por um preço mais baixo. Caso se hospede aqui, você vai gostar, mas já que vai pagar todo esse dinheiro, opte por ficar próximo ao Mall Costanera. Existem hotéis muito bons lá também. Detalhe: o box do chuveiro é ridículo, só tem metade do vidro e molha todo o piso. Os funcionários me informaram que a maioria dos quartos é assim por um problema estrutural.

Excelente Hotel, funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos, nos auxiliaram todos os dias com muita boa vontade. As acomodações são perfeitas, tudo muito limpo, muito lindo. Todos os ambientes são encantadores. O café da manhã é inexplicável!! Maravilhoso!! Voltaria muitas vezes à esse Hotel.

Terrific place and location. Reception staff spoke Englilsh. And if in a push to not explore other restaurants in the area, their restaurant food was good, with a menu in English. Super clean rooms. Breakfast is beyond belief A PLUS for any person's diet. Pool area was nice with clean towels provided, with a shaded cocktail lounge just nearby for those that don't want to take the sun's rays. Very secure in location and also in interior--all guests need a key card to ascend to their room in the elevator. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view on Andes from our room was breathtaking, rooms was huge, bathroom too. No kettle :( It is a business hotel, very good for oversleep. Yummy breakfast and dinner. Late checkout possible.

Stayed for seven nights as I was working in Santiago. My room was large, clean and well maintained (it even had two double beds). The staff were actually faultless, attentive, polite and always happy to go the extra mile. The bar was reasonably priced and I had no complaints at all with the breakfasts.
