“Forgot to give parking pass when first arrived. Things happen, I understand. Rooms were old and small tv but decent. ac/heat is really loud all day, toilet ran all night. Asked for a late check out as a diamond and they said no. Food/drinks were good. I can only describe as just ok, nothing impressive for 180/200 a night. I’m waiting for my bill and will update if there are any issues there.”

“We stayed here because it was the closest hotel to the Fillmore and we were seeing a concert. We worked with Ron at the front desk, and he was very professional and helped us get into a room before our show so we could enjoy Charlotte. Room was very clean. We stayed in a king size room and the bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet so we got a good night sleep. Check out was easy. Would stay again.”
