It's alright. Except for the positive experience with Steven this Hilton was a disappointment. I was hoping all Hilton hotels would maintain same standards but this hotel rooms were so small that u can only have one person walk and others have to sit on bed to allow the person to walk. The in-house restaurant was closed, that was a pain. The toiletries provided were pathetic. Am so used to good standard toiletries at Hilton, who use Neutrogena or some such good branded ones but these were horrible. Steven was so helpful at checkin, gave us all the details about subway, restaurants around, good places to visit etc.

Fizemos o check-in no aplicativo Hilton na noite anterior à nossa chegada, reservamos dois quartos um ao lado do outro. No entanto, depois que viemos no dia seguinte, a recepção nos disse que o hotel cancelou nossas seleções originais de quartos e nos deu dois quartos em andares diferentes porque chegamos tarde ??? Então, por que eles nos incentivam a usar o aplicativo Hilton para fazer seleções de quartos se eles podem cancelá-los quando quiserem? Qual é o ponto de verificar com antecedência usando o app ??? Além disso, a chave digital continua mostrando "Solicitado" em vez de entregue depois que o processo de check-in foi concluído muito tempo depois. Esta é a primeira vez que experimento isso e isso arruinou meu humor! Este hotel é uma merda e eu nunca vou ficar aqui !!!

Eu sou de Nova York, mas precisamos ficar na cidade durante a semana de Natal e Ano Novo. O hotel está em ótima localização. Muito perto do metrô 1 e R, também a balsa de Staten Island está bem ali. 5 minutos a pé de Wall Street, 12 minutos a pé de Oculus e dos memoriais do World Trade Center. O hotel parece novo, muito limpo e aconchegante. Funcionários foram muito simpáticos.

Nós ficamos aqui por seis noites perto do Natal e da véspera de Ano Novo. O hotel tem uma excelente localização, muito perto de Staten Island Ferry, Battery Park, Statue of Liberty Ferry e Wall Street. Os quartos podem apresentar uma bela vista do rio Hudson (veja as fotos abaixo). O pessoal é profissional. As comodidades são ótimas, e nós apreciamos a nossa estadia aqui!

Great hotel. Room was clean, never had to wait too long for the elevators, staff was friendly and the location was a 2 minute walk to the subway station. I would stay again when visiting NYC, whether my activities were in the FiDi or any other neighborhood... very convenient location. The restaurant was still closed due to COVID, but there was enough nearby to accomodate. Only negative was that delivery from Grubhub was difficult because when entering the address, google kept defaulting to Water St in Brooklyn, not Manhattan, so I was unable to get delivery from some places that relied on google verification... not the hotel's problem though, that's on google.

Lo recomiendo totalmente! Es un hotel muy bonito con muy buena ubicación teniendo el metro a un par de pasos, atracciones muy cercanas sin necesidad de tomar metro (ferry, toro, Wall Street, Oculus, Torres gemelas) limpio y buenas camas, el lugar es bastante tranquilo, tienes que avisar para que limpien tu habitación, volvería sin duda alguna!

I'm from New York but we need to stay in the city during Christmas-New Year week. The hotel is in great location. Very close to 1 and R subway, also Staten Island ferry is right there. 5min walk to Wall Street, 12min walk to Oculus and world trade center memorials. The hotel look brand new, very clean and cozy. Staff were very friendly.

We stayed here for six nights around Christmas and New Year’s eve. The hotel is in a great location, very close to Staten Island Ferry, Battery Park, Statue of Liberty Ferry, and Wall Street. The rooms may present a great view of the Hudson River (see pictures below). The staff is professional. The amenities are great, and we enjoyed our stay here!

We checked in on Hilton app the night before we came in, we booked and reserved two rooms next to each other. However, after we came the next day, the front desk told us that the hotel has cancelled our original room selections and gave us two rooms in different floors because we came late??? Then why do they encourage us to use Hilton app to make room selections if they can cancel them whenever they want?? What's the point of checking in in advance using the app??? Also, the digital key keeps showing "Requested" rather than delivered after the check in process has been completed long after. This is my first time experiencing this and it ruined my mood!! This hotel sucks and I will never ever stay here!!!

Es un hotel que por su ubicación es privilegiado, sin embargo el servicio y el personal dejan algunas inquietudes; lo recomiendo por su ubicación no tanto por la atención.

Ideal. A metros de todas las líneas de subte. Cómo está en el financial district, siendo uno turista, uno siempre viaja a contrario del rush hour de las empresas, siempre el subte va y vuelve prácticamente vacío. La habitación comodisima y moderna. Internet perfecto. Heladera y microondas. Caja de seguridad. La gente de la recepción muy amable y resolutiva. No veo la hora de repetir

Excelente, ha sido muy agradable y cómodo, muy buen servicio y el personal muy amable. Está muy bien ubicado, el sector es tranquilo. Tiene cerca estación demetro y dos Ferris, el staten island está al frente y otro ferri que te lleva a varios puntos de la ciudad. Recomiendo hacer recorrido por el sector, ya que está en el sector financiero, cerca de wall street y muchos sitios de interés

We enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was super convenient and the folks at the front desk were all very nice during my stay. We showed up a bit early for check-in, so my room wasn't ready. However the guy helping me was able to get me into another room instead of having me wait. The room had a view of the Staten Island Ferry terminal and was actually a complimentary upgrade! They have 3 very smooth high speed elevators to get you where you need to go. Everything in the room was nice and clean including the sheets and towels. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable. The room also came with a mini fridge. The shower had great water pressure. There were plenty of dining options to choose from all within walking distance. This is a great location if you plan on visiting the 9/11 memorial site, the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, etc. So if you need to be in the financial district for any reason, I would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

Hice una reservación con mas de 30 dias de anticipación para una estadía de 6 noches y sin dar ninguna explicación, me cancelaron la reservación a través de un correo electrónico. Totalmente no solo una falta de respeto al cliente sino un mal servicio desde la reservación. No recomiendo la marca! Cero profesionalismo
