“We enjoyed the restaurants and layout of the lobby. It was easy to navigate and it wasn't as overwhelming as the other big hotels. The LOVE show is a must see! There were a few downsides which includes the concierge service. We emailed a few times and they didn't respond at all and when they did, they gave us the wrong information. For others that drive, Tesla chargers are for self parking only and not valet. In terms of the rooms, it would be more of what you would see at a 2 star hotel. It was quite lackluster and needs to be upgraded. We also paid extra for a strip view which we were not provided and even asked about it, but were told that our view of the Caesar's Palace parking lot is considered a strip view. Overall, a good experience, however, next time we will most likely stay at a more modern hotel with better services.”
